Chapter 8

My ex, Alex walking in with a girl.  But the girl looked familiar, very familiar.  Then it hit me.  Natalina...  My ex left me for Natalina??!  But what about Nash they'd dated for 8 months.  "Shit!" I muttered.  "What's wrong?" Ethan asked.  "My ex just walked in can we go?"  "Yeah sure" we started to walk out and I grabbed Ethan's hand for security knowing I would lash out on the both of them if Ethan wasn't there.  I was in such a hurry to get past them that I didn't realize that I had bumped into Natalina.  "Hey watch it bit- oh look who it is.." She said in a sassy tone. " yeah look who it is, it's the psycho bitch Nash called his girlfriend." I snapped.  Ethan pulled me away from her, only to avoid a fight.  "Let's go Macy."  As we were walking away I made eye contact with Alex and he had a angry look on his face.  We got in the car and started driving back to my house.  "What the hell was that about?" Ethan asked.  "Can we please go somewhere just take me somewhere I don't wanna go home." I begged.  A few minutes later we arrived at the beach.  "Are you going to talk to me about what just happened?" He asked.  "I guess I do owe you an explanation" i said.  I began to explain to him the real reason I moved to LA and what had happened between me and Alex and why I got in that girls face because it was Nash's girlfriend of 8 months but she had been seeing Alex and Alex had been seeing her behind our backs. "So yeah I'm really sorry about that I shouldn't have done what I did."  I started to cry.  "Mace don't cry". "I completely ruined our first date" I said.  Ethan laughed. "It's not funny! I said pushing him into the sand.  "You didn't ruin anything.  It's just funny because our date isn't over yet but you still think it's already ruined." He said giggling.  Then he got serious "but I would never do that to you, you're a beautiful girl and you deserve to be treated like a queen.   I promise you I will treat you like a queen." Then he kissed me on the forehead.  "But I heard that Grayson said you were a player."  I said trying to stop crying.  "Gray only said that because he likes you too.  I used to have a lot of girls after me and I liked the attention but I met you and things are changing."  Now I knew I really liked Ethan...a lot.  "Hey listen Grayson and I wanna make you dinner as a thank you for making us dinner the other night.  Wanna come over tonight?" He asked.  "Definitely" i said smiling.  We walked on the beach for a little until we came up to a fairly large house.  "Well this is home" he said.  "You live here??" I asked "yep" "I don't believe you" "I swear I do" "if you really live here go walk inside and get Grayson" " no problem" he walked up the stairs to the back porch and walked inside.  Moments later he come out with Grayson and they waved for me to come inside.  I came inside and it was decorated just like a typical beach house would be.  "Come on I'll show you my room" Ethan said.  He grabbed my hand and led me up the stairs.  All the sudden a huge German Shepard came out of his room charging right for him...
