Chapter 27: Caught

I shot a glare at Mom and all she had to do was shrug her shoulders. I rolled my eyes and walked over to Dad.

"Dad! What are you doing?!" I yelled.

"Snow told you, we are just checking on you." he said as he looked around the house.

I quickly ran over to the living room and blocked his way if he ever wanted to come in. Dad started walking in my direction and I could feel the sweat rolling of my neck.

He was obviously taller than me and just looked over my shoulder. I just buried my face in my jacket and prepared for his wrath.

"Where is Hook?!" he yelled at me.

"He....Well.... He....Woke up...." I said nervously.

He looked at me puzzled, then after a few seconds his puzzled expression went to a angry disgusted one.

"WHERE is he?" he yelled again.

There was a long silence. Dad just kept staring at me hard. He knew what happened he just didn't want to say it. He thought if he didn't say it, it wouldn't be true.

"I'm going up stairs." he said calmly.

Shit! Killian you better have your shit together up there!

I walked closely behind David and followed him to the guest bedroom door. He was definitely hoping that he would be in there.

He then slowly walks over to my bedroom and slowly opens the door.

When he opened the door a squeezed my eyes shut and waited for his reaction. After a few second I opened my eyes slowly and saw Killian making the bed.

Killian looked up and saw David and said calmly, "Good morning Charming."

Dad rolled his eyes and said, "What did you do to my daughter!?"

"Nothing that she didn't want me to do."

I gave myself a faceplant.

Really Killian, why now with all the smart remarks!

"Pirate get down stairs and sit in the living room, I need to have a talk with you!" Then he shot a look in my direction and said, "You too, young lady!"

I just rolled my eyes and started walking back down stairs. I went into the living room and sat down. Mom had already made her self a cup of coffee and gotten cozy on the coach. David and Killian walked in slowly. Killian sat on my coach and Dad sat on the same coach Mom was sitting on. David leaned forward and had his elbows on his knees. He was staring at both of us.
