Chapter 40: Happily Ever After

When all of the french toast was made I looked over at the clock and it read 5:59am. I panicked and pulled out a plate. I placed the french toast on the plate and poured syrup all of it. I grabbed a strawberry and placed it gently on the side of the plate. I ran over to the fridge and got the orange juice out and poured a glass. I then grabbed the glass and plate and walked up stairs to our bedroom.

I was half way up stairs when Killian yelled, "Emma!" He ran out of the room and stopped at the stairs. He let out a sigh of relief and said, "Well, Good Morning."

"Good Morning." I said back.

He looked down at my hands and smiled.

"You made me breakfast." he said.

I blushed and said, "Ya."

He walked down the stairs and and pulled me all the way down stairs, too. When we were down stairs he gave me a kiss and then we both walked into the kitchen. Killian sat down as I got a plate for myself. Then I joined him. We ate for quite a long time.

"This was amazing Emma. Thank you so much." he said as he put his fork down on his plate.

"Your welcome. I just wanted to do something for you because I got up before you." I said shyly.

"Emma, you are the best girl anyone could have." he said.

I smiled at him.

Killian stood up from the table and leaned over it. I did the same and we slammed our lips to together.

When we released Killian said softly, "I love you, Swan."

I softly said, "I love you, too Killian."
