One thing which I have to learn is to be punctual I don't know when I am going to learn it ,I couldn't attend the interview I wanted to be in the panel to interview the candidates personally but I couldn't make it up and added to it the traffic in New Delhi made me more late and I missed interviewing the candidates.
So let me interview few candidates , the ex financial analyst sucked and let me test the person selected to be financial analyst and the person who has been selected as my secretary . So I asked the staff to make those two candidates alone to wait for me , only after testing them I will employ them because the people who occupied these positions previously were dumb heads .
The car is moving like a snail and I am getting irritated it is almost 8.45 now .... uffffff
After 10 minutes ; Thank the almighty because now the traffic has been cleared and now my car is speeding .I instructed the driver to be fast .
My phone rang , it was from my office ,the staff spoke at the other end " sir the candidate selected for the post of financial analsyt is saying that she wants to leave in 5 minutes" and she said the staff was dragging and hesitating to tell something " what why are you dragging ? ".... " sir she adviced you to be punctual and not irritate others due to your unpunctuality !!!.... thank you sir"
He hanged the call.. without even waiting for my reply , every employee feared me and no one dared to question me but this person , how dare she could advice me! ... I am employing her and she has to obey me and never question me ... wait ... SHE.... oh that is a woman selected to be an financial analyst ... women are good in gossiping , styling but not making strategies ,study bills and bonds .... moreover women know how to spend money but don't know how to earn it and how can a woman be an financial analyst and save my finance company .
I am going to chase her from that post for two reasons 1. For questioning me and ADVICING me ... I hate people advising me . Next is a woman can never be good in finance . Wait for me you dumbhead , you will never again advice a man and search for a job.
