The excitement of the party tonight made me to be energetic throughout the day . After a hot bath I opened my closet and took out black jean and black casual shirt .

I quickly went to pick up Khushi she was ready , as we neared the party venue Aarav called me ...

" Hey buddy , my car ran out of fuel and I am stuck in the highway with her , pick me up "

" Hey aarav I have almost reached the venue I can't pick you up ".

" Hey Jigs , I ordered you to come here I didn't give you choice man."

" Don't forget ; I am Jignesh patel nobody orders me ."

" Hey this is not the time to fight I am stuck here with her ".

" Her ??? "

" My girlfriend "

" Oh , then I will come to meet that lady ."

I hanged the call , Khushi punched me on my arms . She laughed.

" Now I realize , why women stand in queues before you "

" why ? "I giggled

" Because you will never deny any of their requests "

" I  have a soft corner for womenfolk , you are all the delicate delight of a man and to be taken care by men "

" We can care for ourselves jigs !!! and we are all not delicate "

" Really ...ok tell me do you pay your bills ? it is your papa and brother who pays it and women cry for the most trivial reasons ... remember last month u cried for ..."

" Ok stop it .... I accept whatever you say , don't list out the bad days of mine I will cry ".

" See you accept it . Women can't be completely independent from men ".

She laughed " I am sure that idea of yours is going to be changed by a woman she will out beat you with her wits and courage "

" I don't think she is born yet "

" No no there are women who are independent and smarter , you will meet one among them , you are going to be in love with her head over heels .

" Me in love it sounds disgusting , even if I find a woman like that I will never love her , I want my lady under my shadow and not to speak a word against me "

" You are arrogant and that makes me wonder how every woman you meet loves you ???"

She rolled her eyes " don't lie ".

" Hey really,  no woman I have met has told me I hate you "

" That's because they are afraid of your temper "

" I don't think I have such a bad temper"

I drove the car towards him . His car was on the darker side of the road , I couldn't see who was inside the car .

Aarav came towards my car.

" Where is your date for tonight she ran away from you ???"

" Shut up , she reached the destination before me , I lied to you so that you will pick me up "

Khushi greeted him and then I drove quickly too our destination .

I halted the car , the place was mind blowing . The lights , the fragrance of flowers , the smell of food , loud music ,  excited me .

  Khushi's friends greeted us and the party began . Aarav was alone so I waited with him in the porch .

" Where is your girlfriend?  you told she  has arrived ?"

Yeah but she has got some work .

" Is she that busy ?"

" Yeah she is busy most of the time "

" And she is not my girlfriend but friend  I met her during an official trip. "

Hmmm.

" There she is ... Vidya "

A lady in an red dress which reached her mid thighs hugged him , she was a very pretty woman with flawless skin and perfect curves .

Aarav introduced her to me " hey jigs meet Vidya Krishnan , my friend an architect "

She gave me a warm smile any man will fall for that smile .

: Vidya meet Jignesh patel my bestie , he runs Patel industries "

We shook our hands. Just than Khushi joined us , she too got acquainted with Vidya .

  Vidya spoke to us " so you two are couples "

  Khushi laughed " No we are family friends may be later our relationship can change , she winked at me " . This girl is really crazy.

"Oh ! "she exclaimed " good luck "

  " hey no just for fun i will never marry a man like Jignesh , no no he will not marry a woman like me , is it right jiggy ? "I glared at her .

" The last statement is true khushi " I smirked at her . She didn't care .

" So what about you vidya ?" khushi asked her .

"What about me ?...do you mean my relationship status ?"

" Yup "

"  am engaged" . She told excitedly

" Yeah jigs , she is engaged , you can't date her ". Vidya laughed . She was cute .

" Shut up Aarav ! so are you engaged  ... is it a love marriage ?"

" No ,arranged marriage "

We all had a long chat and a good evening we danced ,we partied .

Vidya and I developed a rapport.  I offered to help her and gave her my card to meet me in my office . She was a wonderful woman .

I dropped everyone and went to my penthouse I wanted to be alone . I just rewinded today's happenings it was a fantastic evening ,  Vidya made the evening special .the man she is going to marry is really lucky. I too should get a woman like this  . I felt I will meet her soon . The cool and dark ambience made me drowse .
