Chapter 14: Her Father

Ashton turns around looking at the boys tears in his eyes, their faces worried.

A: It's okay, it is all going to be okay.

C: Ash, please tell us, what's wrong ?

M: We deserve to know, man please?

L: Ash, are you okay? There are tears in your eyes, what's wrong? Talk to us man, we're your pack mates, your family.

A: Mum said to give her 4 hours to wake up and if she doesn't we need to take her to her father.

M: Maybe she will wake up..

A: Maybe, but doubtful.

C: Do you think he will be mad at us for breaking her?

A: I hope not...I just hope it doesn't come to that.

In your deep sleep you were in the dark searching for some kind of light you knew you had to find the light, you had to wake up! There was so much to look forward to you couldn't die now...but you  just couldn't find the light...

~1hour~

A: I am so worried, I just found her I can't lose her already.

The boys go to comfort him, wrapping him in a hug telling him that they were just as worried about her as he was. They calm him enough to go for a run. Michael and Luke stay with you, he insisted someone be there with you, and someone who could come get him if you wake up.

~2 hours~

Michael and Luke went for a run leaving Cal and Ash by your side. He frequently checks your pulse and makes sure you are breathing Calum tries to distract him.

C: Hey Ash listen i know you're worried, we all are, but she still has two hours, that is a long time.

A: Exactly Cal, it is a long time, what am I going to do if she doesn't wake up?

C: Then we take her to her father and hope he can fix her. And before you say any thing he will be able to fix her, he's an alpha.

A: I guess, we will just have to wait and see.

~3 hours~

Ashton is sobbing into Calum's shoulder, Michael is trying to contain his worry, and anger at the situation, and Luke is simply staring at the floor in silent worry for his new friend, and his pack mate; the only one like him.

~4 hours~

L: Its time we have to take her to her father.

A: I will carry her get the door.

He gently pulls you up off of the couch and carries you to the door.  Michael opens the door and hurries ahead to knock on her door. When he knocks on the door your mom answers.

Mom: Hello, who are you?

M: I'm Michael, one of Ashton's friends but that's not really important right now, i must ask if your husband is home?

Mom: Yes, but why?

Just then Ashton rounds the corner with you in his arms.

Mom: Oh My God! What happened is she okay?

A: Something went wrong, I asked my mum what t do and she said her father could help, please tell me he is home!

Mom: JAKE! JAKE COME QUICK!!!

J: What! What is it?

Mom: Its Danny...

J: Danny? No What happened?!?!

He sniffed the air around you and the boys quickly.

J: (baring his teeth with a slight growl) Who are you? And what happened to my daughter?

A: We are friends of Danny, I am her boyfriend Ashton and this is my band and technically my pack as well.

J: PACK?!?! I knew you smelled like wolves! WELL WHAT HAPPENED?

A: She wanted to wolf, but...

J:Wolf? Did you bite her?  Did you try to change her?

A: No I didn't bite her! She is a wolf that dream she's had for the last 10years...yeah she's a wolf but she was blocked.

C: We went through the trials and unblocked her so that she could change but something went wrong.

A: When I broke the block we woke up, looked at each other and i said to her...it worked then her mind went blank and she passed out on the couch.

J: Did you wait the 4 hours?

A: Yes and it was a literal hell! I can't lose her please do something.

J:I can try here lay her down.

Your dad is a bit calmer now seeing the genuine concern and worry on the boys faces. He has Ash set you down on the couch and he turns himself. He bends his head down to yours and whimpers, he see the blank darkness too , he changes back.

J: Ash you have to do  this one, you have to back into that dream and get her to come to your voice, I am no longer in control, it seems she's met her mate.

A: I will do anything in my power to protect her, I promise.

J: Then get in there and save her life.

Ashton wolfs and come close to you after a soft kiss by your ear he whimpers, to you he is calling your name you call back but he can't hear you all is dark and you have to rely on your hearing to bring you two together.  You hit a wall and there is no way around it,  then suddenly he's gone.

A: I can't there is a wall she can't get out.

J:  Has anything happened other than the passing out since she's been with you? Be honest.

L: Well we did run into some guy who knew something about us, he tried to hold her hostage, with a knife to her throat but Mikey jumped in and saved her.

J: Did she bleed?

M: Yeah a little but she said it was nothing.

J: Where is the shirt she bled on? Do you know?

C: I do!

He runs for the house grabs the shirt and brings it back.

C: Here you go.

J: Ash here i know this is going to be hard for you but you have to lick this blood and bite her, it is the only way.

A: I'll do whatever it takes!

He grabs the shirt and licks all of the blood out of it, he turns to you apologizes and plunges his fangs into your shoulder. Your body shudders, and falls limp yet again.

A: Did it work?

J: Does she have a pulse?

A: Yeah and she's breathing too...
