"It's been two months since I last heard of him, Carter."
"Don't cry, Tiffany. I'm sure he's doing okay."
"Then why is my heart telling me otherwise?"
"Maybe he's just really busy?"
"Doing what? I didn't even let him explain. You have no idea how much I regret it. It's no wonder he never answers his phone anymore."
"We all make mistakes. It's okay."
"That's what he said."
"His mistake was worse."
"But a mistake, nonetheless."
"I don't think there's anything you can do anymore."
"Wrong. Nothing's impossible."
"Then what are you planning to do?"
"I'm saying that I'm going to go find him."
"All the way in Europe?"
"You got that right. I'll just use my savings."
"You're not going by yourself. I'm coming with you."
"No. I have to do this myself."
"But you don't even have a clue where he could be."
"And that's where my sister comes in."
"Who? Stella?"
"Yes."
"Wasn't she the reason you two broke up in the first place?"
"That's the one."
"I don't understand."
"You don't have to. Just wait."
"I really hope you don't end up hurt worse in the end."
"I hope so, too, Carter. I really hope so."
