(10) Secrets at it's Best

Today was Saturday. And I'm skipping out on work today to go confront Rebecca's ass. I told the kids,Chris, and my parents that I'm going to work so they won't be in my business. I've been distant to Chris, I mean why wouldn't I? He's sleeping with another woman! I know that what I did was low but he really took it far. I stepped oit of the shower and rapped a towel around me and went into the mirror to come my hair out. Chris came into the bathroom and I mentally rolled my eyes.

"Hey baby" He said and before he could wrap his arms around me I walked around him and out the bathroom.

"Hey" I duly said while leaving him in the bathroom.

"What's wrong with you?" He said following me.

"Nothing." I said going into my closet and putting on some clothes. I walked out the closet fully dressed and grabbed my things getting ready to leave when Chris grabbed my arm.

"What?"

"I love you."

I rolled my eyes,"Yeah love you." I said snatching my arm back and walking out.

I pulled up to the address I found and it was an apartment complex. I went to the apartment number and ranged the doorbell. She finally came.

"Hey.....what are you doing here?"

"No, the question is what are you doing with a married man?" I said leaning on the door frame and nodding my head.

"Look I can explain-"

"Let me in. I'm not fixing to talk to you put here." I demanded. She opened the door wide giving me a view of a nice apartment. But I wasn't here to compliment her damn house. I was here to check her ass. I sat down on the couch as she stood up and looked at me like "She's actually in my house!"

"Ummm ok...." I said looking at her and around.

"Would you like anything?" She said fumbling with her hands.

"No, I came here to talk to you, like an adult to find out what you and my husband have going on. And if your wondering how I found out about y'all. Well, let's just say you both need to text in code if your trying to sneak around on someone."

"I'm so so sorry. He's just a handsome man. I never meant for it to be like this. He said y'all were having problems and he needed some comfort and attention. So I gave it to him. He ended what we had going on though. I'm really and truly sorry."

I nodded,"Your fired,don't even show up, stay your ass home. And stay away from my husband. This is a fucking warning!" I said getting up to leave.

"Wait!" She called out.

I turned around,"What?"

"I'm pregnant with his baby."

I smiled,"Well congratulations, at least someone is." I turned around and walked out her door. This whole time I was full of surprises. And I had plenty more to come.

I was sitting on the couch doing some work on my computer when the phone ranged. I got up and answered without looking at the caller ID.

"Hello" I spoke into the receiver.

"Hi this is Kelsey, Dr. Hernandez's nurse and I'm calling to let Teanna know that she needs to come in for a check up. We need to know how she is after her procedure she had done."

"Umm well she's not here right now,but if you don't mind me asking what procedure she had done?"

"She had an abortion. So we really need her to come and there are a lot of precautions we had to take."

"An abortion?"

"Yes sir, can you also let her know she can start taking her birth control pills as well?"

"Yes, I'll leave her a message, thank you." I hung up after she said goodbye.

I can't believe that Teanna would even think or consider getting an abortion. Knowing good damn well I wanted another kid from her. I just can't understand how can someone not tell their husband about any of this. I know I done some fucked up things,but I'm not the only one with some secrets. I sat back down on the couch and the door opened. And in Teanna came. We looked at each other and didn't say anything, we just let each other be. I needed to let her know about all of this. I don't want to keep anymore secrets from her. And I hope she feels the same way.
