It had been only a few days after the exorcism at their aunts house and Lucy was back to her daily life in the summer by drawing, cleaning, cooking, and going through her fathers desk to find more disturbing things that made her want to vomit and beat the hell out of her father. Whilst her going through her fathers things, the twins busted in and scared her half to death.  Their parents continued to stay at Stephanie's residence to watch over Brooke and help Stephanie around the house.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TWO LUNATICS DOING?!" Lucy yelled throughout her fathers office.

"Look what we got!" The twins said.

They held up a set of keys. These keys were ones that Elizabeth would keep away from the children locked in a small cabinet in the kitchen.

"Oh whoopie you got mothers keys. What do you plan to do with them until you get caught for having the keys?" Lucy asked.

"Well we want to try and unlock the door that's always locked in the basement but we want you to come with because we're scared." Soyar said.

"But you guys aren't scared to steal mothers keys?" Lucy said.

"Just come with us already!" Timothy complained.

The siblings all walked down into the well kept clean basement and walked down the somewhat dusty hallway to the right and arrived barricaded by boxes to a door. The boxes sat there for as long as time it had seemed. They were only barricaded halfway up so they could tell there was a door. They moved the boxes before but couldn't unlock the door, of which Elizabeth had caught them trying to open. She told them they couldn't go in without a key and told them to stay out.

They now had moved the boxes once again for the first time in five years. Timothy tried all the keys. The second to last key finally had worked on the doorknobs lock. The sound of the doorknobs click had made the three sigh in relief.

They stepped inside to darkened room. Lucy grazed the wall for a switch and finally found one. She switched it up and the lights began to flicker until they all went on. There was bookshelves reaching to the small height of the six foot tall room that were filled with countless amounts of books. The three had been amazed by unlocking secrets of their childhood.

"Why would mother keep this hidden from us?" Soyar asked.

"I have no clue.." Lucy said.

They began to search through the countless amounts of books. "You think mother has an elude fetish and all these books are just lust and romance?" Timothy asked.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Lucy said.

A light at the end of the hall flickered from its pitch black darkness. Out of the corner of Lucy's eye she noticed this light come on. There was a doorway with no door hinged to it that led to the darkness. Eventually they all noticed this open doorway with only the color black after it. The kids walked closer towards it and stared into the darkness. Lucy skimmed the wall again for a switch and found one to click it on.

The three siblings came to a horrific sight. There was a metal barred square cage that was bolted to the ground, and inside kept a human that looked to be sleeping in it. Lucy approached the cage to look at the human in further inspection. She noticed small horns sticking out of their head. They had seemed to be male, yet so bony and pale. The twins noticed bones around the cage. Mostly chicken bones, some to look human and other animal like.

It frightened the twins, but Lucy seemed very curious of the specimen. The creature had very dark, almost black, bags under their eyes. Its arms were hung by shackles and chains connecting to the bars at the top of the cage.
