Ch.8 Zo

Lucy had been fascinated by meeting the demon father of Lukas. "Zozo" she thought.
She went down to Lukas's area. She didn't want to look at him for what he did to her. She went through the book shelves to find something to help her research on the demon.
She found a book called 'Ouija board demons' and took it up to her room.
She scanned through the book and found a section titled 'Zo'.
"Zozo is worshipped as a god in some cultures, yet Zo is also known as a demon in other cultures. To know if you're coming into contact with Zozo the Ouija board will go into 'Rainbow Effect' where it will go from Z to O repeatedly. If you happen to conjure, summon, or contact the demon than you will exceed either poltergeist activity or worsening poltergeist activity if the home is already tainted with Zozo or any other spirits. Zozo is thought to shape shift into anything it wants. Zo is also a very sex drive demon as some cultures see. Centuries ago in Pompeii, Italy, a story of a woman meeting a man with the name of Zo had possessed a Roman tourist with affection and sexual hallucination. Many wod see the tourist exit shops with her skirt mysteriously flown up. And than months later, death from child birth. Women and men go through torment sexually, visually, and physically if they are cursed with Zozo. A reminder, if you are experiencing high poltergeist activity and weird coincidences where your belt is undone or skirt pulled up after having the Rainbow Effect on a Ouija board, it's best to leave to residence, or have a priest bless the home." The passage read.
Lucy felt uneasy suddenly. Everything she just read added up to what Zozo had told her that day. If so, what will happen to her with these many demons coming into her life or being noticed more?!
Lucy hid the book in a desk drawer so her mother wouldn't question it.
Zane walked in with a tea tray. "Miss Lucy would you like to have a tea party? I know young girls love playing with their stuffed animals, dollys, and have small tea party's."
Lucy thought it was strange if him to offer but if there's one thing Lucy loves, it's tea.
Lucy sat on her bed while Zane pulled the chair from her desk to sit in.
They drank green tea and talked about the family history. Lucy thought she'd share some family history to him since he was new.
"You know, you remind me of my son quite a bit. So talkative and smart if you want to be than quiet like a corpse if nothing interests you." Zane explained.
"You have a son?" Lucy decided to peer into his life since it seemed appropriate after sharing her family's life.
"Yes, sadly I can never see him due to the mother wanting him to herself. Even with divorce a sin, it had to happen no matter the cost. If I should burn than burn I must for what I've done to people in my past life, but I'm leaving my life of sin in the past and starting a new one as a loyal worker for the Furnillia family." Zane explained.
"I'm glad. You suffer sin, yet you plan to make up those sins by starting fresh. Quite admirable." Lucy said.
"Oh- well thank you miss Lucy." He said.
"No trouble." Lucy poured more tea for herself.

Zane got up from his seat, putting the tea set on the tea tray. "well it was nice chatting with you miss Furnillia, but I have business to attend to with Lukas." he explained.

"Lukas..? How do you know about Lukas?" Lucy questioned.

Zane seemed to freeze in place. "Your mom has me take care of him since he seems to be escaping a lot lately. That's probably the main reason she hired me since I said id do any job possible." He explained.

Lucy was a bit skeptical but found what he said quite reasonable. "Well alright, seems like you'd be the best candidate possible for him anyways. Now ill stop wasting your time than." Lucy said.

"Well thank you for chatting miss Lucy!" Zane picked up the tea tray and left Lucy's room.

Lucy got up to go freshen up in the bathroom. She glanced in the mirror and suddenly realized that the necklace she was wearing, wasn't there.

Zane walked down the stairs and into the basement room where Lukas was held. He flipped the light switch to view his main job, Lukas. After the last time Lukas had escaped he had been secured like a damn blood hound. Covered with chains and shackles, Lukas struggled to free himself. You'd almost feel bad for the demon with dread in those deep red eyes.

"Well how's my favorite demon-human hybrid doing this fine evening?" Zane asked Lukas.

Only silence came from the forgotten Furnillia family member.

"Well that's just fantastic! but it's just about feeding time." Zane said.

Zane opened the cage and presented Lukas with a tray of meat.

"Oh! And since you have a crush on my project, I brought you a gift." Zane put the necklace he stole from Lucy around Lukas's neck.
"Now my dear boy, I must attend to other business, but before I leave I thought id tell my very own son that, Lucy Furnillia shall not become romantically engaged with anything lesser than a demon like moi!" Zozo laughed.
Lukas raised his head and looked scarcely at him.
"I knew it was you, Zo." Lucy said from the door way behind Zane.
"Oh miss Lucy! I-" Lucy cut him off before he could even begin his next sentence.
"I knew from the moment you entered this mansion you were Zozo. That presence is the same as before. You can't hide your identity from me!" Lucy scolded.
Zozo froze in silence. Lucy questioned what his next excuse would be.
He started to laugh hysterically. "You caught me red handed! Or should I say purple handed." Zozo broke from his butler disguise and transformed back into his original form. Magenta eyes, black hair, long black coat with a suit on, and the soothing aura. But that soothing aura was different, it seemed like he glowed with purple.
"Seduction." Zo approached Lucy and pressed his hand against her cheek in a comforting way. He started into her eyes. She seemed to fall into his eyes. "I have the power to give you god like power. You could become a creature of no other maybe even more powerful than Ouija board demon like myself. All you have to do is accept sin, insanity, and power! Will you accept this offer?" Zo asked.
"Lucy don't listen to him! He's more mad than I am!" Lukas warned.
Lucy broke from the gaze and into her brothers saddened eyes.
"Don't listen to that fool son of mine! He took your un-consensual virginity, but I consider you a virgin because rape shouldn't be considered loosing your virginity, am I right?" Zo asked.
Lucy fell into his gaze again. She raised her arm and held the hand he had pressed onto her face. She nodded and accepted his offer.
"Than let us begin."
