I Refuse to Sink ~ B.B

Chapter: 5

Meg's Pov 

"Best friends you are my fucking best friends, yo honestly this is the best night ever, and this song, I'm really feeling this song, yo honestly! Fucking best night ever!" 

Beau Luke and Jai all sung at the top of their lungs as their group (The Janoskians) song "best friends" came on through the radio. 

 They were belting the lyrics out so loud people might get them mistaken as dying cats. I was sincerely concerned my eardrums were going to burst they were singing that loud. 

As we pulled into maccas I  was relieved to get out of this mad car.

"Why so fast to get out the car? Don't like our singing?" Luke asked. 

"Oh you guys were singing I thought you guys were dying" I said back. All three boys gasped. We entered maccas and out of the blue the three boys ran off and joined two other boys. 

I recognized these two other boys as the remaining members of the Janoskians. Yeah ok so I you-tubed them, I was curious as to why at lest 30 girls turned up at my neighbors each day, none of which the boys had ever met before.

I Started to walk towards the boys. When I stopped dead in my tracks, that nasty man had found me. When my mum told me I was moving Australia I knew there was at least one good out come. 

I was leaving New York, leaving those bad people behind, and he would never be able to find me again. I stood there for a moment,  until he looked up and noticed me.

His eyes twinkled wickedly as he gave me an evil grin. "Earth to slut" Luke spoke waving at me. Trying to gain my attention. But I stood there, frozen. 

My heart was racing. I had to get out of here. I  quickly turn around on the heel of my shoes and run outside. I run over to Beaus car and just crouched down on the pavement by the passenger door and burst into tears. How did he even find me. Just when life was looking up for me.

Beau's Pov

"earth to slut" Luke said trying to gain Megs attention. However it seemed to fail to work, it was like she was frozen.

"Meg's not slut you cunt" I defend meg. Taking one look at Megs face I gathered that something or someone in here was bothering her. The look on her face told me she was very scared. But of what or who of and why?. Them suddenly she turned and gapped it out the door. 

We were all shocked at her sudden movement, but immediately I jump from my seat and dash after her. As soon I exited maccas my eyes soon locked onto a scared Meg, crouching on the pavement by the passenger door of my car.

Her head was in her hands and she was crying. I started patting her on the back "whats wrong Meg?" I asked. I got no answer. "Hey I'm sure everything will be alright" I whispered gently, desperately trying to comfort her. 

Although I couldn't be sure everything was going to be okay, seeing as I didn't know what was wrong I tried my best to tell her it was going to be through my best convincing voice. Trying to convince not only her but myself. 

I heard the sound of feet on the pavement, getting closer to us. I look up to see the boys.

They all look at me confused, I simply shrug my shoulders implying that i didn't know either. After all I was just as confused as they were. I wrapped my arms around Meg and pull her closer to me, she rested her head up against my chest. Tears still running down her face. 

I gently ran my fingers through her hair and in her ear whispered "its okay Meg, the boys and I are here for you. You can trust us. It will be okay, don't worry".

I look up at the boys worried faces. I pick Meg up bridal style, Jai opens the cars passenger door and I gently place meg down on the seat. The boys climb in the back whilst I buckle meg in. 

James, then Jai, then Luke whilst Daniel hops on Luke's lap before saying "Laniel forever!. Sorry Beau but Baniel is O.V.E.R! Over." I simply pull the middle finger at him.

Meg's Pov

After Beau put me in the car he left me with the boys, whilst he ran back into maccas. He soon returned with 6 bags of food. 

"I didn't know your order so I just got you the same as ups boys okay princess" he whispered in a gentle tone. I nod my head.

"PASS THE FOOD" the boy I recognized as Daniel demanded. 

"Nope, you broke Baniel up, you now have to wait till we arrive home and now so does everyone else" Beau replied.

"I mean how could you do that! I thought we had something special Daniel" Beau spoke feigning hurt.

But he couldn't keep a straight face. There were several groans from the backseat. 

"Meg you can have your food though if you want" Beau whispered, so the boys hopefully wouldn't hear. 

"I heard that" Luke complained. 

"he's picking favorites" argued Jai.

"This is unfair" both Daniel and James whined.

"I'll wait till we get home, but thanks Beau" I spoke for the first time since running out of maccas.
