Chapter: 11

Meg's Pov

I walk up the stairs in my towel and togs to my room to see Beau looking at my photos on my wall in nothing but his joggers. "Oh uh hey" he says.

"Hey, I'm just going to grab some loose clothes and get changed in the bathroom." I say.

"Here you can wear this if you want" Beau says whilst passing me his t-shirt he had in earlier today.

"Thanks be back in a minute" I say as I exit my room heading for the bathroom.

I slip my togs off and put my underwear and Beaus top on. It smells of him. This may sound weird but it's like his scent is removing my worries and stress. Fuck that sounds weirder than I originally thought it would.

I walk back into the bedroom to find Beau standing there. "Oh uh I dunno what side you want to sleep on" he said.

"Any it honestly doesn't bother me." I reply.

He climbs in and I climb in next to him. My heart is racing a million miles per hour.

I wish that girl he wants to ask out was me. But no it isn't.

"Night beautiful" Beau whispers whilst placing his arms around my waist. This comforted me, it distracted me from the fact that my mentally ill dangerous brother has escaped prison and is probably looking for revenge. Unfortunately I know what he is capable of, and its not pretty.

I was a witness. He made me swear not to tell. But I told. It was too risky living with a killer. So I told Mum and the police, they arrested him when me and Mum were safely at the station.

Although I still couldn't shake the thought of that scene and that's when I got caught up in the wrong crowd and started smoking weed.

The next morning.

Beau's pov

I woke up and the bed was empty. I tiptoed into the spare room to find two of the boys still sleeping then I walked down stairs and the other two were spread out on the ground looking like idiots. No sign of Meg anywhere.

That is until I heard music from outside. I walk out to find her in the spa.

He's singing along to the background music of a song. 'What about me' by Shayne ward. You can tell shes really singing with emotion. I just stand there in shock of her singing shes just singing with real emotion. With pain.

I fake cough to get her attention she turns and looks at me, she fake smiles. "So what are you doing today?" I ask.

"uh I Think I might just take a "me" day if you boys don't mind" she replies.

"No that's fine have fun"

"but first I got to do some grocery shopping do you and the boys want to help" she asks.

"Sure I'll go wake the lazy bitches now" I Reply as she climbs out of the hot tub to go and get dressed I assume.

In a matter of minutes we are all squeezed into my car, I'm driving, James is in the front and the boys in the back and Meg is on skips lap. I don't quite like this.

"Ouiii boys Meg has a nice ass!" Skip announces. I feel a ping of jealously hit me.

Meg's pov

After Skip said that I shuffled over onto Luke's lap, I thought heard a sigh from Beau. "He's not wrong you know" Luke comments. That's it Jai's lap it is. Before he has a chance I look at him and say "you better fucking not" half joking half serious.

This caused the car to erupt with laughter. "Wooooow I'm not a perverted fuck like Luke, Skip and Beau" he replied smirking.

Wait what I knew what he meant about Skip and Luke but Beau what the hell. "Wait what?" I ask slightly confused.

"Oh well you see funny story we kinda erm" that's where he finished and then Skip continued confidently with "eves dropped and spied on you two while you were in the hot tub" he said it as if it wasn't such a big deal. What the actual.

I can see Beau giving the boys the evils. God I love these guys, but still that is a breach of my privacy. "So beau who you gonna ask out if you don't be a pussy" Skip bursts.

This sentence reminds me that Beau likes someone, I can't help it but feel jealous. "No one" he quickly replies.

"That's not what you said last night" James speaks for the first time in this whole car trip.

"guys but the most interesting part of eavesdropping is when Beaus was all like "I was enjoying that"" Jai added.

I begun to blush. "Your all perverts." I add.

"Don't lie I know you enjoyed it too" Beau added winking at me in the rear row mirror. I didn't reply.

Beau's pov

I can't fucking believe the boys eavesdropped. That's so rude and inconsiderate. We pull up to the grocery store. "Okay guys we need a lot of food so we will get five baskets so get a basket each" Meg instructs.

"Why don't you have to carry one" Skip complained.

"Because I'm a girl and you're my slaves now get your basket bitch" Meg replied.

"Wow all hale queen Meg" I joke.

Meg's Pov

"Wow all hale queen meg" Beau jokes. All of a sudden I get a stomach cramp. I stop for a moment. Shit I forgot its nearly that time of month.

Well this is going to be awkward I need to buy some sanitary pads. Shit how will I hide them and in whose basket. Fuck fuck fuck!.

"You okay meg" James asks.

"er yeah I'm good" I reply.

We continue walking into the super market when I spot a familiar face. I gasp. "No it cant be" I whisper. "What" all 5 boys stand their looking at me confused.

Next thing I know she turns her face so I can see properly and it is her. It's Alice. "Allllicccce" I scream she looks in my direction "Meggggg" she replies in shock. She runs over to me and engulfs me in a huge hug.

"Omg I haven't seen you since you were in hospital" she squeals. Shit the boys don't know I was in hospital.
