'Justice' has a militia. It keeps 'evil' at bay. (Not very well) 'justice' thinks it is protecting people, when no, it kills more than 'evil' does. 'Evil' are those whose beliefs are different. Those who don't believe they are above anyone. Most often 'evil' is those who believe they are below everyone. Those who want to die. The best people to be friends with, they will make you happy. 'Justice' tries to "cure" those who are 'evil', usually with death, thus causing more 'evil'. 'Justice' is strong to an extent. It lacks conviction, live, and protective instincts.
