The 'evil' is pursued. Hunted to near extinction. The 'justice' thinks they are doing right because, in its head, it is. But no. It's just making more who speak out. Who question. This terrifies 'justice'. They will do anything to maintain order. They will kill, lie, cheat, bribe, you name it it gets done. 'Justice' has the best (richest) men working for it. These men holding power to as never be questioned. 'Justice' doesn't rest until dead. 'Evil' is said to attack it. 'Evil' is outlawed to prevent spread of it to disenchanted 'justice'.
