Sense of justice is often from those who see what they think is "the worst in people". Say, a war, or maybe loss of a family member to 'evil'. 'Justice' is not "good" nor is 'evil' "bad". Both cannot exist without another. Those who see pain and those who have felt it are very different. Feeling pain (usually caused by 'evil') is excruciating. It's like losing everything you have(most often it is) to the "bad" guys, 'evil'. Seeing pain. That's a whole different story. 'Justice' cannot see pain. Only 'evil' can. They understand it. Being targeted and put in pain as they are. They understand pain. They empathise with those who feel like they do.
