Golden could sense how the ebb and surge of all the emotions were impacting on all the Liraque and not just Dancer. He stood and spoke, when he spoke his voice was firm but not an order. Somehow he knew that trying to make it an order would not go over well with some of the people. "Everyone please sit down, calm your emotions, and take a deep breath. All the emotions surging around the room are impacting on all the Liraque in the room." He glanced over at Hands. "Get some tea for everyone. There is hot water and a brewer already filled with the tea leaves."

Alpha Dan turned and looked at Golden and gave him a careful look before lifting his nose and sniffing. When he looked at the man Dan could tell that he was concerned about his mate and that was why he was telling them what to do. When he sniffed he could scent what he might call a pain scent. "Nang, Oreo, sit down and relax." He sat down and started taking some slow deep breaths to try and center his feelings.

Alpha Dan did much the same though he used his spirit senses and gave the man a nod. "Everyone with me sit down and relax. Take a good deep breath and calm down. What he says is true, I can sense it." He sat down and closed his eyes and took several slow deep breaths and forced as much of the pain back into the little locked cages he kept things in. It was how he avoided many of the nightmares he would have, or should have had. It took some time and even as he did he felt Nang's presence fade slightly from the room. It hurt but he knew it was to avoid hurting him anymore. When Pam wrapped her arms around him he leaned into her. *Sorry Love, bringing up to many memories.*

Pam knew that what had been said or indicated by the others had brought back his memories. She also knew that it in no way meant Nang was more important. Now that she was mated to Dan she could understand the damage caused by the loss of a mate. She could still feel the damage from when his first mate had died so many years ago. *Dan I do understand, you are so very strong to have been able to moved past the loss. The idea of losing you honestly scares the crap out of me. I don't know if I could be as strong as you.*

Even as Alpha Dan was talking to Pam Geoff looked at the three kits and pup. When he did he realized Amariah had hopped up on the table and walked down as she tended to do. Amariah was heading directly towards Dancer and she hopped down on her lap and leaned against her. "We's sorry. Been bad time at home." She even managed not to stutter when she said that.

Dancer couldn't help but wrap an arm around the little person and gave her a light hug. "Thank you little one." She leaned back and raised an eyebrow. "Why do I get the feeling you might not be good for the sanity of a number of us in the room?"

Lord Dan almost coughed up a lung when she said that and he finally had to rest his head on the table as he laughed almost hysterically. It was such an out of the blue comment yet so very true it wasn't funny. Pam and Mari were doing their best not to start laughing either.

Geoff rolled his eyes and spoke. "Probably because they are Kitsune kits. Kitsunes are also called the Trickster Fox. It is part of being a fox, we love games and playing. In the case of kits, it is also how they learn to both use and control their..." He groaned since Gianni turned into some primped anthro wolf pup with a bow in her hair. "I rest my case. Amarish tends to do it as a way to find mice and rats..." Damn it they were going to learn not to mention things like that.

Pam screamed bloody murder as a massive rat appeared and trotted across the room. Her tail of rat doom came out and the thin red beam of fire came from her red tail but the rat kept going. She screamed again and several tails came out and eventually the rat went up with a zap and all that was left was ashes. "Geoff if you ever mention rats again I will deal with you personally. All of you know I fucking hate rats!"
