[ Raven's POV ] Sunday 5PM.
That was weird, he thought he lost me? He ain't never have me. I just walked downstairs to find an empty living room and a note.
The note read : Heyyy babesss! Me & Craig left for a movie . Then ill be staying at his house tonight. I know you don't wanna be there by yourself so I called someone to stay with you for the night. Goodbyeeeee (: xoxo.
P.S : it's spring break biiiitcccchhh (: TURN UP NO SCHOOL FOR 2 WEEKS!
I just laughed and sat the note down. That's when the doorbell rung.
"Dangit" I mumbled to myself. I opened the door and saw Rayquan. He was looking all dressed up so I was kinda confused.
"Why you all dressy on a Saturday evening boy?"
"Well I wanted to take you to get something to eat. Then we'll go to the beach." He said smiling with hopeful eyes.
"Um? Rayqu-" he cut me off.
"No it's not a date Raven we're just friends." He gave me a weak smile. "Damn can you let a nigga in the house?" He said while laughing. I just laughed and let him in then closed the door behind him.
"Okay , um I haven't really been out with a boy in a while so what should I wear??" I questioned him. I mean I still want to look pretty even if it's not a date.
"Come on!" He said as he dragged me upstairs to my room. He opened my closet and started rummaging through it. I sat on my bed and waited.
"Haha bruh Rayan used to do the same thing you're doing now , y'all act the s-" he cut me off again.
"Found it! Put this on." He said as he held up my sky blue dress complimented by a small purple belt. The dress came right above my knees and it was flowy . [ not flowery ] . I looked at him weirdly .
"Uh ok so what sh-" he cut me off.
"These!" He held up a pair of my purple flip flops. Then he gave me some earrings and a necklace to match my dress.
"Okay go take a shower and get dressed while I drop baby Rayquon off at Chres house. Desiree's there." He said as he picked up the doll and the baby bag and walked out the house closing the door behind him. I sighed and took my 30 minute shower. After I was done, I wrapped my towel around me. I forgot to put my shower cap on my my hair kinda poofed up into an afro. I just left it like that. It's not a date anyway. I slipped on my black half-bra then the dress along with my flip flops. I put my jewelry on then some lip gloss.
"You dressed?" Rayquan asked as he knocked on my door.
"Yes fool." He opened the door slowly and stood there with wide-eyes .
"Y-Y-You look beautiful." He said . I look confused.
"Really?" I said . " I don't even have makeup on and my ha-"
"Looks perfect." He said as he cut me off. I grabbed my phone, put my swimsuit in my purse and walked downstairs with him following behind. He opened the passenger car door for me. I just smiled . I grabbed my phone and texted Amber.

[ Raven💕 ] : Well , Rayquan said he wanted to take me out to eat , then , he wanted to go to the beach. Buuuuut it's not a date.
