[Raven's POV] ( 4:30 PM )

I was on my way home just thinking about how Jacob and Alexis snapped on me like... What did I do? I was just making cookies. I'm always the bad guy right ? I sighed deeply as I turned into my driveway. I parked,took the key out of the ignition and hopped out . When I walked to the door I stepped on an envelope . I picked it up. On the front it said "Secret Admirer" I scrunched my eyebrows and walked in the house locking the door behind me.
"AMBERRRR??!!!" I called out. But there was no answer. So I called her cellphone .
"Hello ?" She said. I heard Craig ask who it was.
"Girl, tell Craig to calm his overprotective ass down haha. But I seen this envelope on our porch today that said Secret Admirer. Is it for you?" I asked.
"Open it and see!" She said , sounding very eager.
So I did as I was told and opened it. It was a letter . I read it to her .
"Ok , it's a letter nigga! It says "Dear Raven.-" wait wtf? Who would wanna be MY secret admirer I mea-" Amber cut me off .
"BITCH READ THE LETTER!!" She yelled through the phone.
"Ok, damn, it says "Dear Raven, I've been admiring you from afar , and I've ALWAYS adored you. I've known you for longer than you even think. You're perfect in my eyes and I want you to know it so meet me at the beach tonight at 8"" I heard Amber squeal through the phone.
"AHHH BITCH YOU GOT A DATE YAAAAAASSSSSSS!!!!!ITS LIKE A BLIND DATE TOO CAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW WHO HE IS!!" She said... Well she yelled lol.
" idk know about this Amber" I said very unsure of who this may be.
"Girl, you haven't really did anything exciting this WHOLE spring break. We go back to school a week after this . Plus i have yall lil baby project so ... You better turn tf up while you can!!!" She said. Hmm she's right she's right.
"Ok you're right , imma go get ready since its like 5:30 , bye." Then I hung up he phone.
This has to be a joke forreal.
Let me call Jacob, he probably playing a trick on me.

It rung like 2 times then he picked up.
Jacob : Hello?
Me : Bro , did you send me a secret admirer letter telling me to meet you at the beach tonight?
Jacob : No , how could I when I have a date tonight.
Me : oh yea, you picked a place? I thought you needed me h-(GCO)
Jacob : no I'm good .

Weirddddd... Like why he being so rude? Oh well. I went to take a shower. 30 minutes later I was done . I dried off and slipped on my swimsuit . I put my hair in a cute high bun. Then, I looked in my closet for a dress that's like kind of flowy.
BINGO! I found it. It was a red,white, and black sundress it wasn't too short or too long, it was just right. I put that on with some black hoops on and headed out the door locking it behind me. I drove to the beach.
Once I got there it was like 7:49. So I FaceTimed Amber.

Amber : WASSUP!! OMG you look so pretty !!
Me : Yea yea yea. I'm still very skeptical about this..
Amber : Girl get out the car.
So I did, once I reached the sand I took my flip flops off. I pointed the camera to the beach. It was sorta lit up but not really.
Me : Girl it's so dark out here, it makes me look black.
Amber : Bitch you are black!!!
Me : Truu Truu. So how's my lil Rayquon doing?
Amber : Good! Lol we talking like the baby is real. Man. Ok it's like 8:10 where's your date??
Me : idk but I see a table with lights on it. Lemme call you back!
Amber : Yayyy! Ok !

I walked slowly to the table with my flip flops in my hand.
The table was lit up so perfectly . It had a note on it
The note read : Sorry beautiful , I couldn't show you my face not just yet... Sorry I wasted your time making you drive all the way here.
I ran back to my car and rested my head on the steering wheel. I was livid. Like I got pretty for no reason. I just went home and fell asleep.
