Benny's Pov

Shiloh and I was on our way to take a look at the house, that Sholih told me about? If everything goes alright with the house Tyler and I will be moving into it hopefully soon. Last night when Shiloh spent the night with us, Tyler never left her sight. I know Tyler loves Shiloh and ever since Sophie and I talked about me and Shiloh, I've been thinking a lot about us becoming a real couple. I mean we act like we are one and mama and dad think we are dating and I think in a way we are. I just need to ask her about it. 

I just pulled up to the house and it was one of a kind. It was a nice barn looking home, with a white wrap around porch. 2 stories, the house was red and white. I fell in love with it and we haven't even been inside of the house yet. Shiloh and I got out of the car and I grabbed her her to hold on. Shiloh looked down at our hands and gave me a smile. I was about to knock on the door when a older man opened it. 

" Hello, you must be Benjamin and Shiloh." The man said to us. 

" Yes we are? I working with your wife Vicki." Shiloh told the man. He moved over so we can walk in. 

" Come, come inside. It's nice to meet you. Vicki was telling me y'all would be coming over. I'm sorry about the house being all messed up. We only have 3 more days then we are out of here." The man told us. 

" It's fine." I told him. 

" I'm sorry. My name is Walter. You are Benjamin right?" Walter asked me. 

" Yes sir. You have a beautiful home." I told him. We shook hands. 

" Well, if everything goes right she will be all ours, soon." Walter told me. I was looking around and the kitchen and dining room are together and you have 3 steps down and the you are in the living room. 

" I hope so." I told them. A woman walked in. 

" Shiloh, I'm so glad you made it?"  The woman told Shiloh. She gave her a hug. 

" Vicki this is Benjamin. Benjamin this is my boss, well soon to be ex boss Vicki." Shiloh told us. I shook her hand as well. 

" Please come in to the kitchen. Would you like a drink before we show you the house?" Vicki asked us. 

" Please." I asked her. 

" Follow me." Vicki said. We walked into the kitchen and it was huge. There's a big Island right in the middle of the kitchen. Cabinets all over the kitchen. The stove is in the kitchen. All in all, I like it and I only saw one room so far. 

" The house was built in 1946, by a family called Peterson's. Over the years my wife and I had a few things here and there. We've lived here for 24 years." Walter told us. We was in the living room now and it's huge. 

" All 4 bed rooms are upstairs and the master bed room has a bath room and there's another bath room up here as well. The half is down by the living room and it only has a sink and a toilet." Vicki was telling us. We was in the master bedroom. I was looking around and can see the whole back yard as well. 

" Shiloh told me that you have a 5 year old son?" Vicki asked me. I looked at her and smiled. 

" Yes ma'am I do. His name is Tyler and he's the apple of my eye." I told her. I would do anything for my son. He's the earth, moon and the water to me. What I do is all because of Tyler. 

" That's nice. We have 2 sons and a daughter who lives in Hawaii. We are going to live with her and her family for a while. My Walter will be retiring from the Air Force in 8 months and we want to be closer to our kids and grandkids." Vicki told us. I walked over to Walter. 

" Thank you for your time in the service, sir." I told him shaking his hand. 

" Well, thank you.  Shiloh told us that you are in the Army." Walter told me. 

" I'm on a mechanic, sir.' I told him. 

" That's still hard work." Water told me. You don't have to tell me that? 

" Thank you sir." I said to him. I walked over to Shiloh and put my arm around her.  

" May I ask you something?" Walter asked me. I looked over at him. 

" Sure sir?" I said to him. 

" Well, you know my wife and I would like to be gone as soon as possible and this house is worth a lot of money and we really don't need the money, thank god, but if you want it we will sell you this house for 20,500." Walter told me. I looked at him. 

" Sir are you sure?" I asked him. 

" Yes. I mean the house only has 4 lots with it and 2 sheds and a barn, but what this house needs is a family and when I look at you two, I see that? So Mr. Gilbert what do you say? $20,500." Walter asked me. I looked at him and smiled. 

" You have a deal sir." I told him. I walked over to him and shook his hand. I finally got a place I can call home for Tyler and myself. Maybe If I could play my cards right maybe we can have Shiloh move in with us?
