The Bad Boy Next Door {A Jungkook Fanfic}

I exited my house to see "Mr. Arrogant" walking to school.

His ear buds blocked out any street noise I'm guessing, considering he was walking carelessly down the street.

I ran after him, knowing he was going to get hit by a car if I didn't stop him. Before he could step out into the street, I grabbed the back of his collar and pulled him backwards.

He looked at me confused. He took his earbuds out, "What the heck?!" He yelled at me.

I pointed forward at the busy road. He snorted and walked away.

"Where are you going?" I asked him.

"None of your business." He replied and continued walking.

I stood there completely shocked at his attitude. I thought we grew to be friends yesterday?!

Then again, I know nothing about Jungkook.

"Jae Jae?" I heard yet another familiar voice. I turned around to see my friend, Kim Taehyung.

"Kim Taehyung?" I questioned, "Yep." He smiled.

I squealed and ran into a hug, "I haven't seen you in so long!" I stated.

"About, a year, it feels like." Taehyung spoke. My eyes widened as I realized that it has been a while since I've last seen him.

"You look so different!" I said and fluffed his hair.

He pulled a pouty face and poked my cheek, "You haven't changed a bit." He replied. I smiled, but it slowly faded.

"What is it?" He asked.

"It's nothing." I replied.

I turned around to see if Jungkook was still walking down the street.

"Where did that little coach-potato go?" I murmured.

"Huh?" Taehyung asked as he looked at me with a confused look.

"I met a really arrogant boy the other day, and so far..." I trailed off as I tried to think of what to say.

"He is driving you crazy." Taehyung finished for me, "Yeah, pretty much." I nodded my head.

"Um... School." He held up his watch and pointed at it.

"I can't just let him go wandering around randomly!" I exclaimed, "Okay, let's go find him. We will be killed by the teachers, but maybe this could be a good excuse." Taehyung agreed.

"I doubt, but let's go!" I smiled and pulled him along.

"Jungkook!" Me and Taehyung yelled as if we were looking for a puppy.

After a while of searching, we found Jungkook asleep on a nearby park bench.

"There he is. I'll go get him, you can go back to school." I spoke, "Okay." He nodded and began walking to school.

I approached the sleeping Jungkook cautiously.

Once I got close enough, I noticed how handsome he looks when he's asleep. He also seemed at peace. His features were loose and not tight, which seemed more comfortable.

I was staring at his beautiful face without even knowing it.

I decided to let him get his rest. He looks so peaceful I can't ruin it.

As I was straightening my back, he grabbed my hand and pulled me down on top of him. I looked at him while getting ready to slap him, but to my surprise, he was still asleep.

My face grew hot and I could tell that I was blushing.

I new I would get questioning looks from joggers, families, and many other people if I stayed like this.

I tried getting up, but his grip was to tight.

Was he actually asleep?

"Jungkook, are you really asleep?" I asked. I got no response, and if this was a joke, he probably would have given in by now.

I tried again but failed miserably, "Jungkook?" I whispered.

I really hated to do this, but I have too.

"JUNGKOOK!" I screamed, sending Jungkook jolting up.

"Why are you on top of me you weirdo?" He asked. I felt my face fill with rage, "Weirdo? You're the one who pulled me on top of you!" I screamed in his face.

He looked at me shocked but then looked away.

I saw a slight shade of pink form on his cheeks, "Are you blushing?" I asked him. He looked back at me with his eyes narrowed, "N-No, I'm angry that you would a-accuse me of doing such a revolting thing!" He crossed his arms.

I rose to my feet, "IT WAS YOU THAT DID THAT YOU IDIOT! IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU PULLED ME DOWN ON TOP OF YOU!" I screamed as loud as I could at him.

His mouth shut and he didn't speak another word, "You're so dumb! I came to bring you to school." I informed him and walked off.
