The Meeting at Trix's Castle

Nico's POV

I sprinted down the road, vaulting fences and parked cars.
Unfortunately, I had taken too long getting ready for our meet up. I wore some black skinny jeans, a white wide collar tshirt and a red superdry jacket. My shoes were a pair of bright red high tops.

I was late. Very late.

I rushed into the castle. Yes. Castle. One of my greatest friends was the queen. It has been several years since she found her doppelganger from this realm, resulting in her own portal between world's.

I strode through the castles fancy interior decor, noticing the beautiful hand painted portraits of the previous queen reincarnates. She hasn't changed much, still the beautiful face I know and love.

I finally reached the meeting room. Opening the door, I entered to everyone in their designated seats, drinking the tea and hot chocolate provided by her faithful butler, Harold. A rabbit hybrid no less.

I quietly hurried to my seat, directly opposite her majesty on the long rectangular table bearing a fetching red and white tablecloth/tablerunner (idk I asked my posh elderly friend & he didn't know either) thing.

"You decided to turn up, did you?" Trix chuckled.

"Sorry, I was in the bath" I replied.

"Oh, were you?" She smirked cheekily.

"So... where's that retriever boy you are partial too? You know, the one you spent all that trouble getting him a portal of his own to get here?" I smiled, earning a deep red blush from her.

Suddenly, the door opened to Harold, her butler. Behind him was Dylan, a handsome golden retriever hybrid that Trix was rather partial to.

"Hey, sorry I'm late, we couldn't find the right room!" He smiled.

We? I noticed someone behind him, a girl.

"This is Sasha, my girlfriend!" At the title everyone at the table but Trix facepalmed dramatically.

Trix let out a quiet growl at the girl. Her black tail puffing out into a wolf tail and fur turning slightly white.

I watched Dylan sit next to his kouhai while 'Miss Prettier than the Queen' sat beside him on his other side.

"Hey... um... Trix? Could you ask whoever owns this castle to take down the room filled with things related to me? Sasha's kinda pissed with it" Dylan whispers.

Is she seriously fucking with the senpai code? Asking to remove the senpai shrine, which kouhais everywhere struggle to create? Slaving away for their senpais acknowledgement?

"Oh okay, I'll let them know." You could see the pain of her forcing her body to change from the wolf form back to the cat form. Poor girl. She agreed to just be a friend and suppress her feelings until Sasha and him break up. Then she has to struggle through the waiting period, trying to impress him more than any other competition until he asks her out.

I thought to myself silently, wondering if I will have such dedication towards a person. Heck, will I even find someone I love?

I tuned back into the conversation when I heard Trix tap a spoon on her cup to get everybody's attention.

"I have a master plan. This plan will find out what those bandits want, why they are always drawn to this city."

"If it's love, wouldn't you know, your highness?" Harold questioned.

"Your highness!?" Dylan said, shocked.

"Yes... its time you knew. I am the 99th reincarnate of Bellatrix The Yaoi Queen, I am the queen of love, gay love. But that does not mean I don't ship other couples." She replied elegantly.

"Continue, friend." Our Queen's most respected wattpad author and goddess replied. (I would state the authors name but they might not want me to. You might have guessed already though)

"Thank you, now. Nico." Oh shit she said my name.... "I need you to infiltrate the fort. Figure out what's going on and get out alive. They won't be very easy to sway without an order from their king, Blake."
