Trigger warning for anxiety/panic attacks.

"It's a lot nicer now that the general public has gone." Sarah interrupted as she walked up to the group with Syndey. Laura turned around and smiled when she saw the Sydney was looking better, "How are you feeling, Syd?"

"Much better now that I've rested and eaten." Sydney spoke softly as if still regaining energy from her dizziness. Sam jumped up with excitement, "Alright then, let's go exploring!" Everyone stood up except Laura who was worried that if they left now, they would miss the StarKids. "Uhh, are you coming?" All the girls turned to gaze at a confused Laura. She had to think of how keep them a bit longer, but her mind ran blank. "Yeah, just thinking," Laura mummered as she slowly stood up and walked out.

As they stepped out into the cool, brisk night air, Sarah ran smack dab into Meredith. "Oh, I'm so sor--" choked Sarah as she looked up in shock, "Mere?!".

"Hi!" Meredith waved as her bright, lovely smile grew across her face. Within seconds, Bridgette and Brian were standing face-to-face with sparks in their eyes yet again.

"Bridgette...Hi." Brian's face lit up as he stuttered her name. He took a good look at the stunning 21 year-old woman standing before him. Brian's mind trailed back to their first interactions on Twitter, 'I had said I was going to make this her best week. What have I done?"

Looking into his eyes, her heart started to pulse faster as millions of thoughts charged through her mind. Soon enough her bright smile disappeared, and all that was left was a numbing expression that left Brian heart-broken.

"We thought that it would be fun to all explore the Harry Potter World together, like we had planned." chimed Tessa as she skipped over to embrace all the girls in a friendly hug. There was a long silent pause, no one wanted to anything to split up the group again. "Who wants to go shopping?!", Tessa soon broke the tension again by being the first to speak up.

"Yes, please! I need some more Ravenclaw house pride around my room.", smiled Sam as they headed off to the shops. As the whole gang was wandering around Diagon Alley they were stopping every few feet to greet other passing fans. Laura leaned over to whisper in Bridgette's ear, while Brian was distracted taking a photo with a fan, "Pull him aside and talk to him, Bridge. Tessa, Meredith, and I didn't pull everyone together for nothing. You two really like each other, you can't give up so easily, hun."

"If the feelings are mutual, why do I feel like I'm the only one trying, Laura?"

"Because" Brain's voice came up behind Bridgette; it was almost a whisper, but still felt as if he was leaning into her ear, "I wasn't sure if the feeling was mutual." Bridgette turned around to look at Brian, 'How could he not have noticed from how upset I was over his friends not approving?'. Bridgette was starting to feel angry again has the conversation this morning replayed in her head.

'You don't want to get too involved with a fan, just to have to end it when this week is over, and you both go your separate ways.' Her anxiety started to take control and pick out parts.

'She's just a fan. You just met her.' And soon enough her head was spinning, full of comments that her mind just made up that the boys said.

'She's not worth it.'

'Why do you even like her?'

'You could do so much better.'

Bridgette felt dizzy and lightheaded real fast, she was on her knees in a few seconds.

"BRIDGETTE!" Brian screamed as he leaned over to help her up. "What's wrong!?", he quickly asked the girls, "does she has any health problems, or..or...Bridgette!" Her breathing was very shallow now. Everything happened so fast that Brian was way to overwhelmed to form a simple sentence.

Sam was on the opposite side of Bridgette, "Honey, you are okay. You are safe. Nothing can harm you right now. Take as much time as you need. Breathe slow. In....and out. I love you, Bridgette. You are safe right here." Sam was in the process of talking Bridgette out of an anxiety attack. Even though it had been an extremely long time since her big anxiety break down, Bridgette had filled Sam, Sarah, Sydney, and Laura in on her disorder just in case of something like this.

Anxiety attacks can be triggered by anything, physically or mentally, that makes you feel unsafe, and they can happen at ANY point in a person's day. It's this sensation of fear that just over shadows you, even when you might not have felt all that scared to start with. It is your body acting on that fear, it's your body wanting to shut down. Many symptoms include, but aren't limited to, a racing or pounding heartbeat, dizziness and lightheadedness, feeling that "I can't catch my breath", chest pains or a "heaviness" in the chest. flushes or chills, tingling in the hands, feet, legs, and arms, jumpiness, trembling, twitching muscles, sweaty palms, etc. The person having these attacks feel as if they are dying, and half the time no one knows what is even happening.
