My Dream Come True

Chapter 5

The plane ride was so nice, for being her first time in a plane and all. Bridgette couldn't wait to get to the hotel to finally meet her roommates. Bridgette, like most LeakyCon attendees, found roommates for this week over Facebook. There is Sam, an 18 year old girl from London, this will be her second LeakyCon. Next there was Laura, she was the girl who bought and planned the room. Laura is just a year younger than Bridgette at 20 years old, and she currently lives in the small little town of Athens, TN. The last two roommates are Sydney and Sarah, 18 year old twins from upstate NY.
"We're here, miss" the charming taxi driver said as he pulled up to the front entrance of the enormous Rosen Center. She thanked and paid him as he opened the door and unload my bags for me. As she stood there was my handbag and two other suitcases, she took it all in. Orlando is such a beautiful place, with the wonderful weather and breathtaking scenery.
"Welcome, miss" the desk clerk smiled as she welcomed Bridgette.
"Hello, my name is Bridgette Ross, my friend Laura Zimmerman booked our room."
"Ah, yes" she said checking her books. "Miss Laura said 4 others girls would be coming. Here is your room key, have a wonderful stay."
"Oh, I intend to" Bridgette laughed as she skipped off to her room to finally meet Laura. From what the discussed through Facebook message, Sam should already be in too, and the twins would be close behind Bridgette.
Knock knock knock
Bridgette didn't want to startle the girls as she unlocked the door so she decided to knock first.
"Hello?" She walked in with her bags, but no one was in sight, "Laura...Sam...anyone here?" She found as note in the TV as she walked in further.
It read, "Bridgette, Sam and I went down to Denny's, then we might check out the convention center. Since you're the oldest we decided you can have first choice of bed. Remember the sofa also opens up too. Talk to you in a bit, Laura. PS I saw Brian's tweet to you! :) "
Bridgette sat down on the bed as she pulled out her cell. There were so many notifications from the tweet interactions with Brian, everyone was just going wild about it, as was she. Seeing the notifications made Bridgette realize she never did tweet him back. She just say there staring at his last tweet for her. She contemplated her tweet for a good couple minutes before sending it:

Send. Bridgette took a large deep breath, she couldn't believe she was flirting on Twitter with Brian Rosenthal.

Again with the floods of likes and retweets on the mentions.
Bing Bing.
All of a sudden, Bridgette got a mention from her roommate, Sam.

@Brian_Rosenthal Hey, that's so awesome because we were gonna be there all day and night too! You guys should totally meet up tomorrow and hang out."
"WHAT! What is she doing!!?" Bridgette's head was spinning, she was nervous now but in an excited way. Bridgette had been pacing the room waiting for a mention from Brian. She decided to stop waiting for something that will never happen and unpack and little bit and check in with her mom
