Both men were dead and I was crying over Tucker. He was laying on the ground bleeding out around me. The two other agents had left me to get help.
I was a mess. My face was bruised and swollen and I'm pretty sure my left wrist is fractured but I didn't care. Tucker latest there with the blood on his neck and in his hair. I ripped up my jacket and tried to bandage it. His eyes opened and instead of the warm comforting feeling inside them, it was fear. Fear of death.
"Sarah........." He trailed off.
"Sshh......Its okay." I said. "Thank you."
"For what?" He asked.
"You saved me but now..." I sniffles and tears fell down my cheeks. "Now you are probably going to die..." I mumbled.
He painfully raised his hand to my face and wiped away the tears.
"I won't die." He said. "Not today. I'll be strong for you. I love you." He told me with a small spark in his eye.
I love you. He told me he loved me. Finally. I love him too.
Tears of joy flooded and spilled from my eyes. "I love you too." I said and that is when the paramedics came in and everything went blurry. The last thing I remember was the paramedics asking Tucker who he wanted to come and he asked me. Then I passed out. They rushed to me and I heard Tucker panicking in the background.
