*morning after Taylor almost got kidnapped*

I woke up and the memories of last night came flooding back. I grabbed my phone and I called Taylor as I was picking out my outfit. "Hi.." I heard him. "Hey" I said "are you okay?" "Yeah... I put on some highwaisted black denim shorts walked downstairs. "Heyyyy girls" I said to maddy and May. "Do you have plans today?" I asked "no I'm staying home and watching tv and relaxing" maddy said. "Same" may said. "Well Taylor asked me if I could come over" I said. "Ooo Taylor" may said as she wiggles her eyebrows "i ship" maddy said. I laughed and went into Cameron's room. "I'm going out loser can you tell mom and dad if they ask." I said. Cameron was brushing his teeth and he finished. "Only if you say I'm the best brother in the world" he said as he tickled my side. I laughed. "Never" I said he chased after me then picked me up and threw me on his bed. I laughed and got up and started to walk out. He grabbed my arm "where you going little sis" "just to the shops" I said. he gave me the overprotective brotherly look and I rolled my eyes and laughed.

I walked down the pier and I realized I didn't know where his house was. "Hey can you meet me at the ice cream parlor?" I texted him "sure" he responded

I saw him sitting at one of the tables. I walked in and the door jingled he turned around and smiled at me and got up. I hugged him and he hugged me back. Being in his arms made me really happy for some reason. "Are you okay?" I asked him. He nodded then i noticed his arm wrapped. " just got some stitches that's all" he said. I looked at his arm then my mind flashed back to last night i shuddered just thinking about it. He looked at me with those gorgeous eyes of his and i couldn't help but smile. "you seem scared" he told me. i looked down. "its just what happened last night really scared m-" he didn't let me finish he just hugged me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around my torso. He didn't let go
for a long time. I thought about last night and shivered. "It's okay now" he told me. When I pulled away I could see the fear in his eyes what happened was terrifying. I just really like you" i said. he blushed and i looked down embarrassed. i don't usually get embarrassed but something about him was having a huge affect on me. he looked at me and i looked up. "I'm glad we feel the same way" he said with a smile. My stomach felt all fluttery and i smiled. We walked out of the ice cream parlor talking as we walked. "I bet your boyfriend misses you back where you live"he said. I looked down really embarrassed. "I.. I um I don't have a boyfriend" i said. "oh" was all he said and we kept walking eating our ice cream. Taylor and me weren't dating or anything, I just really liked having him as a friend.

"I bet you cant beat me at that game" he said as he pointed to a fair game on the pier. i looked at it. it was the one where you squirt water at a target. I ran to the game and grabbed the water gun. He sat next to me and grabbed his gun. The announcer said go and i pulled the trigger aiming it at the little hole. Taylor did the same. I was ahead then i felt a nudge on my arm causing me to turn my gun towards the wall behind the little hole. i looked over and saw Taylor laughing. "hey!" i yelled laughing. He won the game. He pointed to the giant teddy bear and the lady handed it to him. I glared at him laughing at the same time. he gave me the teddy bear and smiled. "sorry i purposely made you loose" he laughed and I took the teddy bear. "Thanks" I said smiling.
I saw a group of guys down the pier pointing at me. I looked at Taylor and he looked kinda mad. The boys walked over "hey cutie" one said. Another bit his lip. "Gotta boyfriend?" One said "zayummmm" another one said. I was getting annoyed at this point. The one guy walked up to me and put his arm around my shoulder. I pushed him away and I looked at Taylor and he looked really annoyed. "Get away you-" I was cut off by Taylor stepping in front of me . "Get away, she doesn't want to hook up with you" Taylor said angrily. "Why? are you here boyfrienddddd?" The boy with the spiked blonde hair asked. "No, but she's my friend, so get away stop bothering us" he snapped. "Come on Brooklyn let's go" he said and started walking. We walked like 20 steps then I stopped him. I turned to face him. "What was that about?" I asked. "I just didn't like the way those guys were treating you. " he said and looked down. I hugged him because he looked kinda sad. "Thank you" I said.
