Chapter 12: China's Finest

"So, you from, America?" The Chinese man asked us as we all walked with him through a beautiful park in China. It can't be where we had to land.

"Yes, terrorists kidnapped all of us and we need to get him help as soon as possible, he's very injured." I said helping Jared along, he had one arm around me and the other holding a rag to his bleeding head.

"How, pain?" The man asked us.

"He fell and hit is soft head on the bars of the cage we were in." Kelly explained to the man.

"Soft headed?" I asked laughing to myself.

"Do you have a problem mate?" Kelly asked laughing to me and I was also laughing.

"Wake up, we landed in Asia not Australia." I said to her as we both were laughing loudly.

"Umm am I missing something here?" Jared asked

"No, we're just kind of celebrating that this catastrophe is over with-Ish now. We've been through more than you can imagine." I told him, the laughing slowly ceasing from my voice.

"WHY ARE SO MANY OF YOU GAY?!" Bella yelled at me Justin becca Kelly Matt Henry and Cole. She fell off the edge into the dark void as Cole was shot in the head. "Hey lil' mama ain't I hot, ooooo girl I'm smoking!" The woman on fire screamed into my face

I woke up with a start, that's just part of the dream that I had. Those dreams, those dreams are always worse, or better, but they're always awful.

I was in the hotel room the Chinese man put us in, Kelly and Jared were asleep in the room so I had to keep it quiet as I went onto the balcony to just have time to myself.

"I tell you, they here." I heard the Chinese mans voice on the phone. I looked down and he was on the street by the hotel door, on the phone.

"You come, Tuesday." He said. "No, guns not tolerate." I heard him struggling with his English. But if he gives us away to the terrorists he's gonna be struggling with something else.

I had an idea.

I ran back into the room and shook Kelly awake.

"Sandy? What are you-"

"Shhh" I said putting my finger to my lips. "I need to tell you something, the Asian man, that brought us here, I just heard him while I was on the balcony. He was talking about us being here and not to bring guns and to come on Tuesday." I told her.

"Tuesday is in 3 days, meaning that's enough time for someone from America to come here and get us. What if we went down to the lobby, you went and pretended to be hurt and got all the hotel worker people over to where you are and I can use the phone to call someone and I can grab medicine from the drawers for Jared, since they're probably holding proper meds back from us too." I said to her as she nodded her head in agreement.

We opened the door and left the room, the hallway was dark and gloomy, barely lit by lights. Once we got to the elevators we would walk out and not speak to each other.

"If people are on the elevators then don't talk at all." She said to me.

"Good idea." I told her. It's hard to remember that Kelly and I are best friends during all of this.

The elevator had four other people, and we were going up two more floors then down to the lobby which is where we needed to go.

Kelly went around the corner where I couldn't see her, after a minute or so I came running to the front desk.

"Excuse me, do you speak English?!" I asked her frantically.

She nodded her head worryingly.

"What wrong?" She asked me.

"There's a girl around the corner, she's collapsed and I don't know what's wrong!" I told her as I was acting anxious.

"Ok, we go." She said as she signaled the other one in the general area.

Once the two of them were gone I ran behind the desk and picked up the phone. I called home and my mom picked up.

"Hello?" She asked into the phone.

I started opening up drawers looking for any meds for Jared.

"Mom! It's me sandy!" I said to her.

"Sandy? Oh my god I thought you were dead!" I could hear her sobbing voice on the other end.

"Look mom this isn't any time for a reunion, the Asians are gonna be back any minute." I said to her picking up the meds and putting them in my bag.

"What?"

"We were kidnapped by terrorists and we were put into different categories as the 7 continents, Kelly and I were put in asia where we met this 15 year old named Jared and the three of us are at this hotel because the Aisan man led us here but I heard him talking on the phone and he's giving us to the terrorists and jareds head is injured and I don't know if he'll make it and Kelly's having a fake seizure so I can talk to you this is hard but I have to go please tell Janett I love her and I love you too and just send someone to get us the Asians are back bye." I said stepping away from the desk wiping tears from my eyes.

Kelly walked around the corner, completely fine. The two of us went up to the room to give Jared the meds. That was all we could do right now.
