Haley's P.O.V.

after the emotional moment with Simon, I decided to watch some videos to make me happy.

I was watching a gta video when I heard a knock on my door.

"come in" I said pausing the video.

"we have pizza downstairs if you would like any." Simon said as he walked over to my desk.

"ok" I said as we went downstairs to the kitchen.

"hey Haley?" Vik asked
"yes?"
"would you like to go to the field with us to play and record some football videos?"
"yes! I would love to. I don't have any cleats though." I said with a frown.
"we can take you before we go to get some. it wouldn't take long." Josh said while getting out plates from the cabinet.
"ok that sounds great!" I said smiling. damn I've been smiling like all day and I'm never happy enough to smile most days.
I smile to myself. there I go again! I thought to myself.
I smiled as I grabbed one slice piece of pizza because I wasn't  feeling that hungry at the moment.

-after dinner-

"how about we play truth or dare?"Vik said as he rubbed his hands together. there was various replies of 'sure'. we all got into a circle and Josh started it off.

"Simon, truth or dare?"

"umm....dare."Simon said smirking, again.

"I dar you to go grab my water bottle upstairs in under 25 seconds." Josh smiled.

"your on zerk"

"on your mark, get set, go!" Josh said as he watched Simon struggle to get up.
we were all in fits of laughter by the time Simon came back. he was out of breath and "sweating".

"ok my turn!" Simon said after a few minutes of breathing.

"Haley, truth or dare?"

"truth" I replied smiling

"have you ever had a boyfriend?"

"no" I replied bashfully. I looked up at Simon and saw him looking into my eyes. I got lost in his beautiful ocean blue ones, just like mine.

"my turn!" Vik said breaking our stare. he winked at me indicating that we would probably talk about it later.

-hour later-
"guys we should go to bed" Josh said getting up.
"yeah I'm gonna go take a shower" I said getting off of the floor. I went to my room and grabbed my pajamas which was just a white flowy shirt and some leggings.(picture)

I ran and turned the shower on. while I was waiting I put my hair into a bun because I don't have to wash it a lot. I hopped in when the water was warm enough and relaxed for a bit. I looked at my body and all of its flaws.

I had many scars on my wrists and thighs. all from me, I created this mess.

I got out a few minutes later and put my clothes on. I returned to my room and put my dirty clothes away.

a few seconds later there was a knock on my door. I opened it to find Simon standing there.

"hey" I said letting him in.
"so about early, you've never had a boyfriend?"
"nope"
"really? no ones ever dated a beautiful girl like you." he said while laughing a bit.
"oh stop it. to be honest I'm not beautiful I guess they just didn't like me because everyone thinks I'm a freak." I said as I looked down at my lap. 
"why do they think you're  a freak?"
"I don't know, maybe because I watch gamers for a hobby." I laughed.
Simon laughed as he sat down on my bed.
"can I ask you something?" I asked him curiously.
"sure." he smirked
"could I possibly start a YouTube channel?" I asked smiling like an idiot.
"you might have to ask Josh but I don't see why not." he replied with a smile.
I ran out of my room and into Josh's.

"hey Josh?"
"yes Haley?"Josh said as I startled him.
"can I start a YouTube channel? like a gaming one."
"you sure can." he said smiling me.
"thank you! thank you! thank you!"I said as I ran over and hugged him.
"your welcome. do you need any help setting it up?"
"maybe. I don't have an email so I might have to get one."
"I'll come help you in about fifteen minutes." Josh said as he looked at his watch and the video he was editing."
"ok! I'll be in my room." I said exiting his room and running into mine.

"HE SAID YES! I yelled as I jumped on my bed.
"be careful there Miss Haley! don't want to break anything !" Simon said in an old woman voice.
we laughed got down. we sat there and looked at each others eyes. I got lost. he started to lean in and so did I.
"hey gu- woah, am I interrupting something?" Josh said as he entered my room.
"uh- no, no."I replied as I quickly jumped to the other side of the bed.

'we're we about to kiss?' I thought to myself. so he might actually like me? he couldn't, no one likes me like that.

"o-okay. so, let's get your YouTube channel set up!" Josh said a little unsure as he walked to the computer.

--2 hours later--

after what felt like forever, we finally got my channel up and running. I called my channel name as HaleyLaneGaming because it's the channel that I will upload all the gaming videos. then we created a second channel for me called HaleyLane and that's the channel I will upload dance/cover videos and real life videos.

"thank you Josh!" I said as I hugged him.
"your welcome! Simon can you please come my room for a moment?"

Simon's P.O.V.

"your welcome! Simon can you please come to my room for a moment?" Josh said as he walked out of the room.

shit. I knew this was coming

"sure." I said following him into his bedroom.
"what's up?" I asked as I sat down on his bed.
"the real question is, what's up with you and Haley?" Josh said as he smirked.
"ok, you got me!"I said as I put my hands up in defense. "I really like her and I know that we just met today but I want to help her. if you know what I mean."I said looking at my scared wrist.
"she has hurt herself?" Josh said barley above a whisper.  I nodded my head slowly as I looked down at my lap. my eye were starting to fill up with tears as I looked at Josh. it was too late, I was already crying.
"I don't want her to go through what I went through, I haven't gotten her to tell me why yet but!" I said as I wiped some tears away. "I want either you or Vik to ask her about at like breakfast or something. since you guys know how to handle it, sorta, I want you guys to help me help her if that makes since." I said sniffling a bit.

"I'll do whatever it takes." Josh said as he gave me a reassuring pat on my back. "you like her, don't you?." he smirked. was it that obvious?

"yes I like her very much." I said looking at him very seriously.

"well, I give you permission to date her." he smiled.

"thanks" I said giving him a small smile.

I'm going to help her. I'm going to help her fight her demons and right now, that's all I want to do.

because I love her.
