Many years had past and all the dragons were fully grown. Barsiek came to the temple and told Jamen's mom all about him. She also got a choice. Her choice of being a dragon. Of course she as very sick. She said yes. She was a dragon now.
War was on through these ages and Mire, Jamen, Flyre, and Grenen had to fight in it. Also Mirike was back, so they had to fight him also.
Sapphiran and Jamen were now together. They had two children. One named Meril and one named Barsiek, after Jamen's dad.
It was time for them to journey and find Mirike. Sapphiran kissed Jamen and his mom did the same. Mire, Grenen, Flyre, and Jamen were off while being wished good luck. ------- During the war, Flyre had a horrible death. Jam burns him to a crisp. Mire and Jamen both had to bury him. They prayed to the gods to lead him the ight way to the I heaven. "We are low on dragons now," Mire said. "Duh, there's only there of us left," Jamen said. "Why did Flyre have to die now, he was the best. I wish to my father that he'll be okay up there," Grenen said sadly. "Don't we all?" Jamen replied.
The war went on, Jake died by his father, Mirike. His father killed his own son for what, power? Jamen thought. He was actually sorry for Jake.
Jamen, Grenen, and Mire went to fight Mirike. It would be hard to fight but they had a plan. A place that might end the war but yet, sacrifice a life. This plan was the only thing that could work.
Jamen said, "Are you guys ready?" Both Mire and Grenen yelled, "Yeah!" Then they went inside a castle, that Mirike was in. They couldn't see anything. The whole place was pitch black. Jamen made some log with his fire and Mirike attacks right then and there. They all dodge luckily. "So you came," Mirike said in a dark voice. Half laughing. "Yeah to defeat you. We would never join you and your darkness," Jamen said. Then they attacked. They couldn't even get a scratch on him. So they went with the plan.
First, they all blew their elements that they had. Jamen flashed him. Then Grenen put him into a sink hop. Then Mire burned Mirike as hard as he could. But none of that worked. So they went with the risky part.
Mire and Grenen gave their power to Jamen. Then Jamen did his Legendary White Flame, but this time it was way too strong. So strong it took down the cave. With Mirike in it. But the risky part of the plan came true. Jamen didnt survive the destruction.
Mire and Grenen went back to tell the new. Mire til them that they all won the war. But lives were lost. He told them that Jake killed Flyre and Mirike was killed Jake. Then the worst part came out. Grenen too them about Jamens horrific death. Sapphiran cried and so did his mom. Yet the kids were too young to understand.
