Chapter 8: Snowdin

After the whole conversation was over, sans called out to her, "He's gone. You can come out now."
Miranda walked over to sans, "You're brother...he's...pretty cool..."
"Yeah...heh....he is...Hey, you know, between you and me...he's been kinda down lately...it was really make his day to see a human, possibly his life...would you mind...um....."
"No! Not at all!" Miranda was stuttering like a school girl talking to their Senpai.
"Heh heh, alright. I'll meet you up ahead." and he walked....the way she came...?
Miranda narrowed her eyes. Sure, she liked papyrus, and she also liked sans. However, something about sans was off, she pretended not to care, but she did. She was going to be cautious.
She continued walking.
"OH MY GOSH, SANS!! IS THAT A HUMAN?"
Miranda perked up at the sound of Papyrus's voice.
"No, Im pretty sure that's a rock."
Miranda looked over to see a rock, she giggled.
"But what's that NEXT to the rock?"
Miranda sniffled from the cold.
"...Hmmm..." Papyrus stroked his chin.
Miranda sneezed.
Papyrus kneeled to his brother and whispered, "Is that a human?"
Sans chuckled and whispered back, "Yep."
"HUMAN!"
Miranda nearly fell over, papyrus sure was loud.
She coughed, still a little phased, "Eeyah?"
Sans narrowed his eye sockets.
"I WILL CAPTURE YOU, AND REPORT YOU TO THE CAPTAIN OFTHE ROYAL GUARD, UNDYNE!"
"That sounds nihhaaaaasss...." Miranda covered her mouth when 'nice' came out as a wheeze.
Intense cold, an asthmatic trigger.
"Human?"
Sans made a motion like an inhaler being used and then pointed to Miranda, who nodded while coughing.
She pulled out an inhaler and used it.
"Ok, now, being captured sounds nice, I don't know if I'd want to be in the captivity of anyone but you though..."
Papyrus blew this off, "I WILL CAPTURE YOU! NYEH HEH HEH!" and he spun away.
"....Wat." Miranda blinked.
"We're you hitting on him?"
Miranda took a moment to remember what she said, "Holy shit! I wasn't trying to!"
Sans laughed hysterically, "W-WEll, just HAAA HAA! Keep up the good work!!" he wiped some tears from his eye and walked away.

Several puzzles in, Miranda was walking along, excited to see papyrus again. She was stopped when gazing at snow poffs.
One of them barked.
"Huh?"
The snow poff turned into a dog!
A cute one!
"Aww!"
But then it arose into what we know as greater dog.
"Holy shit!"
Miranda took a step back as she whipped out her knife and glared up at the giant creature.
She pulled out her pepper spray in the other hand and opened both weapons.
The dog bounded to her, excited, and seeking affection.
However Miranda was scared to death! A monstrosity twice the size of her was running full force at her.
Miranda ran at it, brandishing her knife. Greater Dog became even more excited and got down in front of her, wanting to be pet. To Miranda, it looked as though he was about to lunge and attack. She attacked and jumped on his back. The dog whined and realized his mistake as the frightened Miranda slit his throat.
She put away her weapons and looked at the like of dust.
"....."
And she walked away.

Sometime later, a hooded figure lurked in the shadows, watching the teen.
The figure perked up and it's eye glowed blue as it came to the realization.
She attacks when provoked, and papyrus intended to attack soon.
The figure gasped abruptly and ran, hoping he wasn't too late, as she was already in Snowdin.
