Sans ran faster than he's ever ran before. Teleporting didn't even cross his mind. His pink slippers hit the snow at an alarming pace. He barely left a footprint. When he came to an abrupt stop his eyes widened and the words were taken from his mouth.
BACKTRACK
Miranda approached the mist, she was shaking, the cold had really gotten to her now.
"HUMAN!"
Miranda shook in cold as a song began to softly play from Papyrus's soul. Bonetrousle.
Papyrus gave his speech about how he was going to capture her and her soul would be his.
She whined and shakily removed her knife and pepper spray. Her arms, legs, fingers, and toes were all numb.
"L-l...l-lets f-F-fight...th-then.."
Papyrus seemed concerned about Miranda, but he decided to continue. To test her ability, he threw some bones, very short, and easy to jump over.
Miranda looked at them, shaking. She attempted to jump over the first, but tripped and fell onto the next two, causing serious damage to her chest and stomach. The bones quickly went away as she collapsed to the ground, shaking. Some blood trickling from her mouth.
"Human?!"
Papyrus ran over and held onto her. He picked her up and held her in his arms.
Miranda was too shaky to do anything.
Papyrus just took her weapons, closed them and put them in her pocket and started to sprint. He had to find sans. The battle was too unfair! She was too weak to fight back! Papyrus felt awful.
Sans ran into view and saw papyrus holding a beaten up and nearly dead Miranda. His eyes widened and the words were taken from his mouth.
"Is she alright? Are you alright? is everyone ok?"
"I'm perfectly fine, brother...I can't say the same for the human..."
"Bro...here, lets get her back to the house..."
The two quickly brought her back to he house.
