Clary's POV
We decided to dress like actual dark angels. Seraph and I are both wearing black dresses with angel wings. The boys are wearing black pants, black t-shirts, and black vests. Izzy helped us with our hair and makeup. She used temporary black hair dye and dyed the tips of my hair black. Seraph's is curled with a black feather in it.

Alec comes in to see if we are ready.

"Do you know what songs you are singing?" He asks us. I nod and we go on stage. The others start to play their instruments.

"We are the Dark Angels! The first song we are singing is Angels Forever by Lana Del Rey," I say before starting to singing.

Is the sun in your eyes, easy rider?
Do the flame colored skies light your fire?
We are heavy metal lions
They will never understand
The kind of people you will hire
Bow your heads and take your hands

   Seraph joins in with singing.

They were angels forever
Forever angels
They were angels forever
Forever angels
Does the ocean inspire, easy-rider?
Do the stars and the wind take you higher?
You are California proud
You are angels of the night
Rock and roll guardians now
The last keepers of the light
They were angels forever
Forever angels
They were angels forever
Forever angels
Paradise is a hell-colored a flame sky
Is it nice to feel free and wild?
Paradise is a game of do or die
I just ride, ride
They were angels forever
Forever angels
They were angels forever
Forever angels
They were angels forever
Forever angels

The crowd starts cheering. Seraph hands me her acoustic and the boys leave the stage. The crowd goes silent.

"I am going to do a solo for you all tonight. This song is called Angels Among Us by Demi Lovato," I say. I start playing the chords to the song and start to sing.

I was walking home from school on a cold winter day.
Took a shortcut through the woods, and I lost my way.
It was getting late, and I was scared and alone.
When a precious baby boy took my hand and led me home.
Mama couldn't see him, but he was standing there.
And I knew in my heart, he was the answer to my prayers.
Oh, I believe there are angels among us
Sent down to us from somewhere up above.
They come to you and me in our darkest hours
To show us how to live,
To teach us how to give,
To guide us with the light of love.
When life held troubled times and had me down on my knees
There's always been someone there to come along and comfort me.
A kind word from a stranger to lend a helping hand.
A phone call from a friend just to say I understand.
And ain't it kind of funny that at the dark end of the road
Someone lights the way with just a single ray of hope?
Oh, I believe there are angels among us
Sent down to us from somewhere up above.
They come to you and me in our darkest hours
To show us how to live,
To teach us how to give,
To guide us with the light of love.
They wear so many faces,
Show up in the strangest places.
To grace us with their mercy in our time of need.
Oh, I believe there are angels among us
Sent down to us from somewhere up above.
They come to you and me in our darkest hours
To show us how to live,
To teach us how to give,
To guide us with the light of love

The rest of the band comes back out and I hand Seraph her guitar back.

"This last song is called Angel with a Shotgun by The Cab," I say.

"I'm an angel with a shotgun, shotgun, shotgun,
An angel with a shotgun, shotgun, shotgun," Jace sings. I begin to sing the first verse.

Get out your guns, battle's begun.
Are you a saint or a sinner?
If love's a fight then I shall die
With my heart on a trigger.
They say before you start a war,
You better know what you're fighting for.
Well, baby, you are all that I adore.
If love is what you need, a soldier I will be.

The rest of the band joins in.

I'm an angel with a shotgun,
Fighting 'til the war's won,
I don't care if heaven won't take me back.
I'll throw away my faith, babe, just to keep you safe.
Don't you know you're everything I have?

     Jon sings the next verse.

And I wanna live, not just survive tonight.
Sometimes to win, you've got to sin.
Don't mean I'm not a believer.
And major Tom will sing along.
Yeah, they still say I'm a dreamer.
They say before you start a war,
You better know what you're fighting for.
Well, baby, you are all that I adore.
If love is what you need, a soldier I will be.

    We all join in.

I'm an angel with a shotgun,
Fighting 'til the war's won,
I don't care if heaven won't take me back.
I'll throw away my faith, babe, just to keep you safe.
Don't you know you're everything I have?
And I wanna live, not just survive tonight.
Oh, oh whoa whoa oh whoa
I'm an angel with a shotgun.
Fighting 'til the war's won.
I don't care if heaven won't take me back.

Seraph sings the next part with Jace doing the back round vocals.

I'm an angel with a shotgun,
Fighting 'til the war's won,
I don't care if heaven won't take me back.
I'll throw away my faith, babe, just to keep you safe.
Don't you know you're everything I have?
(I'm an angel with a shotgun)
And I want to live, not just survive
(Live, not just survive)

Seb finishes the song as me and Seraph begin to fly. We had Simon program them to make us fly.

And I'm gonna hide, hide, hide my wings tonight.
They say before you start a war,
You better know what you're fighting for.
Well, baby, you are all that I adore.
If love is what you need, a soldier I will be.

"Thanks for coming out and supporting us," I say as soon as we are back on the ground. We leave the stage to see our parents are waiting for us backstage.

Their outfits are above along with the second song they sang!
