One Summer with 1D

Chapter 1

"Kate, guess what?"

"What?"

"I got accepted into the summer camp!" I could hear squeals from Kate's line of the phone.

"Yay! I knew you would! Sailor and Maggie got accepted too!" We both squealed.

"Kate, have you packed?"

"Oh crap, no not yet!"

"Kate, we leave tomorrow! Gosh you are such a girl."

"I would hope so!"

"I'm hanging up now!"

"Love you, Cedes!"

"Love you too, Kate." I pressed end and threw my phone on my bed. I laid myself down on the bed and let out a big sigh. I was so excited. I decided to text Sailor and Maggie.

Hey, Sailo! I heard you got accepted into the summer camp! Guess what? So did I! Squeaal!!!!!-<3 Cedes

Hey Mags guess what I got accepted into the summer camp! Yayyyyy!!!-<3 Cedes

I quickly received both of their replies. They both said the same thing.

Kate already told me! But congrats!

Gosh, with Kate news travels fast! She's always been a gossip.

"Cedes, dinner," My mom called. I didn't realize how hungry I was until she said that. I ran downstairs but being the clumsy self I am, I fell down the last three steps.

"Ow," I managed to get out.

"Cedes, dear, are you alright," My mom asked. She always over reacted when I got hurt. Probably because I'm an only child and the only thing she basically has. My father is always on buisness trips. It's not that bad because I get nice stuff and I know he loves me if he works hard for it.

"Mom, I'm fine. At least twice a week I tumble down those stairs and I'm always okay. I'm like bulletproof or something."

"That would explain why I've never had to take you to the hospital with an injury."

"See, you know exactly what I'm talking about." I got up and brushed off my bum. I walked to the table after I gave my mom a weak smile. For dinner, she made homemade corndogs, yum. (No sarcasm)

After we ate dinner, it was about 9:00 pm. I decided to go ahead and head to bed since I had to be ready by 6:00 am for the camp bus that was picking everyone up from they're houses. I kissed my mom on her cheek and told her goodnight.

I hurried up to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and my hair. I have to brush my thick, brunette before bed so it will be tamable in the morning. Thanks a lot Mom for blessing me with this.

When I was finished in the bathroom I walked to my bedroom and put on my jammies which consisted of my blue silk short shorts and white cami. I crawled into my king sized bed and buried myself in my Baby Blue comfortor that is oh-so soft.

Before I dozed off I sent a group message to my girls.

To: Mags, Sailo, Kate

Get ready for the best summer of our lives :) Let's pray 4 fun, friendship, and boys!!!! ;) -<3 Cedes

I got all three of their responses really fast.

Amen sista!!! I might finally find my soul mate at summer camp! Put that on an episode of How I Met Your Mother xD

Eww yuck boy cooties! But I will date a guy if he proves his worth ;) but @ that rate I'll b #foreveralone xD

Ok u didn't hear it from me, 1D as in THE 1D might b attending the same camp as us. I've got dibs on Niall ;) I'll keep my hands off Harry if u keep urs off Niall

One Direction might be going to the same summer camp as us? Naw, that's a One-In-A-Million chance. Kate probably got it from one of those magazines she reads. Right?
