Seek and You Shall Find

"Run, Via, run!", i silently urged myself to keep on running. I was 30 minutes late for my Physics class.

I didn't even know what made me oversleep or whether i stayed up late last night. My insane sister left home with MY car, making me run like crazy for school.

Just my luck, it started raining. I didn't know how i was supposed to show up at class looking like some bully has thrown a bucket of water over my head. My shirt, pants, and shoes were soaked. Ugh! I hate the cold feeling of my shirt, sticking to my back. But that was better than sweat right?good thing i have a change of clothes in my locker.

Running, running, still running. I groaned. Creston High was still about 10 minutes away when on foot.

"Bye Lily!", I heard someone say. "Yeah. Bye Mom.", a guy's voice answered. Strange, i thought. Lily? Really? For a guy's name? How weird is that? Effing hilarious.

I heard someone jogging behind me, which brought me back to the reality that I REALLY needed to show up at first period. I sped up a bit more, if that was even possible, I was running like crazy.

My wavy blond hair was swishing sideways in the messy ponytail i put up in my haste to get to school.

The person behind me, whom I assumed was Lily, quickened his pace and was suddenly jogging ahead of me. How strange. Jogging in the rain? This guy must be retarded. Like his name i laughed a bit at that and I'm guessing "Lily" heard me, because he turned around to look at me.

As he turned around, the first thing I noticed was the color of his eyes. It somehow reminded me of the flower named tiger lily. The colors were a shocking shade of orange, almost gold, and dots of brown. The orange of his eyes hurt my eyes causing me to cover my eyes.

I sat up in bed opening my eyes to the bright light of the sun streaming in from my windows. The next thought that crossed my mind was: "I need to find HIM."
