Trev's POV
When I awoke the next morning, my arms were around Via and her back was pressed to my chest. I stayed still, not wanting to wake her up and just breathed her scent in. Vanilla.
We didn't even argue last night about the sleeping arrangements when we went upstairs to sleep. I guess I was too tired to put up a fight anyway. But waking up next to this beautiful girl is something that I want to do everyday.
I glanced at her and sighed, pulling my arms away from her body, slowly, as not to wake her up. She didn't need to wake up in this awkward position. She might even hate me for letting us be in that position.
Getting out of bed quietly and picking my shirt up from the purple carpeted floor, I shook my head and smirked as I remembered how Via wanted everything in her room to be purple.
I pulled my shirt over my head and put my jeans on after, stretching as I walked to the balcony and noticed the traces of the rain last night. I looked over to my house just in time to see my mom kissing a man goodbye at our front porch.
I guess that was the same man from last night. Well I hope so. I can't think of my mom as a slut. I respect her even if she hurt me last night.
The man walked away and approached his car which was parked far away from our house. I guess they didn't want to get caught. Well, too bad. I did just that last night.
My mother stayed on the front porch as she watched the man walking away. I never got to see the face of the man and I don't really want to.
My mom looked up and saw me staring down at her. It was too far away for me to see what expression was on her face so I just turned away and closed the sliding door and going back inside to Via's room.
"Morning dude." She was sitting up on her bed and smiling at me widely.
I rolled my eyes at her then smiled. "Where's my morning hug?" I asked as I looked at her. I was just testing her if she was okay with that.
She jumped off from the bed and launched herself into my arms. I chuckled as the force of her jumping almost made me crash to the ground. I wrapped my arms around her, smiling widely and squeezing her back as she hugged me tightly.
"Now go make me breakfast, woman." I said and smiled as she nodded and pulled me downstairs.
I sat on top of the counter as she moved around, making pancakes. Looking around, I could tell that nobody was home. Charlie was probably at the restaurant already and Ria.. Well.. Only God knows where she is right now.
I finished up my pancakes quickly and saw Via staring at me incredulously. She haven't even finished her first pancake yet. "Pancake monster." she muttered and went back to eating her pancakes.
I grabbed a drink, leaning on the counter and looking at her as she finished her pancakes. She gulped down some water and said "So, to take off your mind on.. some things, we'll watch a movie then you're taking me to the mall."
