Ok, so there’s like a week and a half left until school, and today I’m going to meet up with Allyson Felix and her manager, Jacquees and Issa are going as well, I hope everything goes smoothly, this is all my best friend has ever really wanted in life. Tiana has practice today, so we can do this without her knowing. “Hello?” I answered politely into the phone. “Yes, this is Mr. Henderson, I’m looking for a Taina Morrison.” “This is she.” “I was just calling to confirm the meeting with myself and Allyson Felix.” “Café 19 today at 4 pm, correct?” “Yes, ma’am I look forward to meeting with you, will your athlete be in attendance as well?” “No, she has practice until 5.” “If you want we could reschedule.” “It’s fine, I know Allyson is a busy person, so it would be better if this meeting could go as quickly as possible.” “Thanks for understanding.” “No problem, and I look forward to meeting the both of you today.” “See you then.” And after that we hung up, Issa and Que are going, but they’re sitting at a different table from us, and we’re gonna enter at two different times, me going in first. I’m bringing my laptop and Tiana’s training DVDs, Mr. Henderson and Allyson think that this is meeting for ‘be active’ campaign, which is to promote healthy lifestyles and encourage today’s youth to get out more, as our way of ending childhood obesity. I mean, I do think that is something to look in to, but my motives are to get Allyson to assume that Tiana is her sister, and then we talk about that for a few minutes, and yeah, I really didn’t think too far ahead, but I guess it’ll come to me. “What up cuhh?” I said into the phone. “Tai, said start getting ready.” “Her bossy ass, she better be glad I’m doing this for Tee.” Que chuckled “I know right, but the meeting start at 4.” “Cool… where it’s gon be at?” “Café 19, in Atlantic Station.” “So, am I meeting yall down there or what??” “I mean, I don’t know, gotta talk to the man in charge” he said and we both started laughing. “Right.” “But when she get out the shower, I’ll ask her and text you.” “Alright” and after that I hung up the phone. I hope Taina’s plan work, and I’m glad Tiana isn’t going because if Allyson isn’t her sister or if they aren’t related, she’ll be disappointed, and I don’t think she could take anymore news like that, she’s been through enough as it is, and she’s finally genuinely happy, so why kill her joy??? I got up off the couch and went upstairs. I found Tee’s digital camera and turned it on, I decided to leave her a silly surprise since all I had on were boxers and socks, I turned the timer on and sat it on the dresser, and waited on it to snap. Once I was done with that, I grabbed my clothes and hopped in the shower.

We are finally at Café 19 and Taina is going over this plan for the 80th time since we picked Issa up. “When we go up the stairs, escalator, or whatever, yall go the opposite way from me, and by the time I get in there, the meeting should be officially started by then. Sit close, but not too close, just close enough where at least one of yall can hear what’s going on. Keep them groupie bitches away, this is business, fuck up & yall not getting fucked” she always threatening to hold out when she know she can barely go two days without it. “Chill wit allat, we got you” Issa told her. “Alright” she said and we went our separate ways.
