Olympus has always been very exclusive; especially when it came to the demigods. Only certain demigods could mingle with certain others- Zeus made sure of that. His sons and daughters had a very specific set of demigods they could socialize with; mostly sons and daughters of the other greater gods, Poseidon and Hades. Occasionally Ares' children were allowed as well, mainly because Zeus was a fan of Ares' work. Don't be misunderstood, though, Zeus is not very close with most of his children. Be that as it may, he still didn't want them mingling with the other impure bloods. He would not have his family tree muddled by losing his high status.
He tried very, very hard to keep his children, his family, exclusive. That is, all of the children he knew existed. But, one day, Zeus discovered that one of his angelic offspring weren't doing quite what he wanted. Castiel Novak, so his messenger tells him. Seems so pure, so unknowing; maybe that's because he doesn't know. He's been hidden from Zeus' eyes his entire life, but now that he reaches the age of 18, the sigils are beginning to wear off...
