Cas POV:

I have to admit, at first, I wasn't even slightly excited for this forced party. But now that they let me pick out the theme, I'll admit, I'm kinda pumped.

All throughout my English 12 class, while Charlie and Alfie actually worked on our project, I sketch my costume for my party.

"Who's kid are you guys gonna be?" Alfie asks. Charlie mimics a bow and arrow with her arms.
"Artemis, bitches!" She releases the fake arrow. "Girl power to the fullest!" I laugh and shake my head. She turns to Alfie. "You?"

"Uhhh," his eyes flicker to me, "I was gonna be the son of Zues." He states, clearing his throat and itching the back of his neck. Why was he acting so awkward?

"Well, I want to be the son of Apollo, because he's the happiest god I can think of, and I hear he shreds out on the harp!" I mimic intense playing of the harp, head banging the entire time.

Alfie and Charlie hold their stomachs laughing, tears flowing down their cheeks. After we all compose ourselves, our teacher, Mrs. Mills, comes up to us. "How much have you three actually gotten done?"

"We've gotten enough, Jody." Charlie replies, flashing a sickly sweet smile. Mrs. Mills rolls her eyes.

"Charlie, how many times do I have to tell you, in school, it's Mrs. Mills."

Charlie holds up an a-okay symbol. "No problem Jody."
Mrs. Mills shakes her head and walks away.

"Why do you have to be so disrespectful?" I ask, shaking my head in disappointment. She gasps, holding a have to her 'wounded' heart.

"Disrespectful? If I am on a first name basis with you, you best believe I respect you to the utmost of my ability. And, besides, she's my godmother, I can treat her how I want."

"Yuh huh." I say, smiling at my friends response.

"So, you guys have dates for the party, yet?" Charlie asks, wiggling her eyebrows.

Alfie's face burns red. "Uh, yeah, actually," He says quietly, a small smile paying on his lips. Charlie and I exchange shocked looks.

"WHAT?! We both scream at the same time. Everyone in the classroom quiets and looks at us. Charlie and I quickly shut our mouths, and laugh soon after everyone turns away.

"Who?" Charlie asks. Alfie shrugs.

"Well, Trent asked me, and I said yes." Charlie's jaw dropped.

"I KNEW IT!" Alfie and I jumped at her sudden screech. "I KNEW IT I KNEW IT I KNEW IT! I'VE SHIPPED YOU GUYS SINCE DAY ONE I KNEW IT!" She falls out of her chair and begins flopping on the ground violently like a fish on a hot day with ants in its pants- if fish wore pants. "YOU GUYS ARE MY OTP!!!!!!"

Everyone was looking at us again, and Mrs. Mills had to remind us to be quiet, again, giving us her fourth glare of the day. Charlie waves at her innocently after finally cooling down.
"Ah, it's so great that no one in our trio is straight."

I cough, choking on air. "Um, hello??!" I sat grandly gesturing to myself. She waves dismissively.

"Bull dogs!" She says, leaning closer to me and lowering her voice so only I can hear. "You and I both know that you've been checking out guys since you found out that Mitch Grassi is gay." I blush deep red.

"Whatever! You're just still upset that mine and Balthazar's 'ship' never sailed!" I defend. She smirks.

"Don't worry, I have a new ship I'm preparing to sail." She says mischievously.
I narrow my eyes. "Charlieeeeeeeeee..." I drag her name out so she knows I suspect. "What're you planning??" I ask.
She smiles.
