She tasted like peaches and rain, sweet and salty. Our lips parted reluctantly as our harsh breathing filled the air.

Her lips were like silk as they kissed down my body. Her hair was a gold river, the ends just barely brushed my stomach, making me shiver in anticipation. My toes curled as heat pooled in my stomach and settled at my core.

"Oh god." I moaned when her fingers brushed the insides of my thighs in a featherlight touch, teasing me. Her beautiful blue eyes burned straight into me as a blinding smile erupted on her face.

Her skin seemed to conform to mine like a puzzle piece, like we were made for each other. My hands tangled gently in her hair and I arched my back as my body exploded with sensations I didn't even have words for.

"Miss Conner.."

Bang! Bang! Bang! "Shay, Genny! Wake up before you're late for school!" I flew up in bed, heart pounding and body sweaty as the last of the dream faded from my mind. My body still thrummed with her phantom touches, with the feel of her lips on my skin....

I groaned as my head pounded and scrubbed a hand down my face. I really needed to get a handle on this whole attraction thing. She's my teacher. But even I as I tried to convince myself of that annoying fact, I was still turned on. Sighing, I hopped out of bed and started a shower making sure it was a little on the cold side. Genny was still sleeping but was awake when I came back in to get some clothes. The club had been so much fun last night, I made some new friends and we talked and laughed and they taught me how to play pool, and hold my weight in alcohol.

"Hey nice hair." I teased. She looked like a punk rocker with her short hair all spiked up on one side from sleep and makeup running down her face. She gave me a murderous glare and grumbled at me as she got up. "My head is killing me." She moaned, falling in exaggeration on my bed.  I shook my head and grabbed my clothes, heading into the bathroom. "I'll be out in 5." I said over my shoulder before closing the door. I washed and shaved quickly, and true to my word walked out with my hair wrapped in a towel. Genny raised a brow when she took in my appearance. "Are you wearing a dress?"

My cheeks flushed as I bit my lip in embarrassment. My hands smoothed over the soft fabric. I wasn't really a dress person, but I figured I'd try something different today. The dress ended just above the knee and was a royal purple with white and pale pink flowers all occasionally dotted on it. It was silk, and something my mom had bought be but I'd never worn. "Maybe." I muttered as I twisted my hair into a sock bun. Genny laughed as she walked by me. "Well, Caleb will sure be struck dumb." She said before closing the bathroom door.

My cheeks turned a deeper shade of pink as I realized I hadn't even thought of Caleb when I was dressing. My mind was on a certain authority figure that worked at my school. Shaking my head again, I laced up my black combat boots before grabbing my black leather jacket and slipping it on. After I was dressed, I carefully applied my eyeliner and mascara. Genny came out of the bathroom dressed in a pair of painted on black skinny jeans and a royal blue top that hung off one shoulder. She whistled. "Girl if you weren't already potentially taken I'd so date you." she wiggled her eyebrows. I laughed and shoved her playfully. "Hey you look pretty hot too, what's the occasion?"

I gasped as her cheeks took on a light pink and she rubbed the back of her neck bashfully. "I sorta hooked up with Amy last night, and she wants to take me out for lunch today." I squealed and shoved her again. Amy was a lovely girl with deep auburn hair and hazel eyes. She was the exact opposite of Genny in appearance, but exactly like her in personality.

"Dude! Why didn't you tell me?" She rolled her eyes and applied her own makeup. "Beacaauuussee you were practically catatonic last night you were so wasted." I huffed as I tried to remember and frowned when I couldn't. "Wow I really was wasted huh?" She nodded and laughed before grabbing her jacket and backpack.

Mom was in the kitchen scrubbed out when we barreled down the stairs laughing. Her eyebrows raised as she took in my appearance. I groaned out loud. "Mom, don't start crying please." She huffed and gathered me in a hug. "You're wearing the dress I gave you." She sniffed. I sighed and pulled back. "Yeah, I wanted to try it out." She ran her eyes over Genny and I, a smile filling up her face. "You both look gorgeous. Genny I love your hair!" I laughed into my hand as mom descended onto Genny, pulling her into a hug. She sent me a 'help me' look but I just laughed silently.

After a minute of enjoyment on my part, I saved her. "Okay mom, we gotta go." I snickered as I pulled Genny away from my mom. Mom huffed and kissed my cheek. "Okay come home right after work, I have a surprise for you in the garage." I stared at her in surprise, silently willing her to continue. She laughed and pushed me towards the door. "Nope! You get to wait." I groaned but followed Genny out the door.

"Oh my god! Did you see his face?!" Genny snorted with laughter as we entered the busy school. We'd taken a little detour to get a coffee and the barista and Starbucks had not-so-subtly tried to get my number. He was creepy and clearly way older than me. I had snaked my arm around Genny's waist and planted a kiss on her cheek before looking at the barista with my brows raised.

His face had turned so red I thought he'd explode. We grabbed our coffees and booked it out of there, nearly falling all over ourselves with laughter as we walked to the car.

Genny shook her head as she looked at me. "Girl I knew I made a good choice in being friends with you. You're crazy." I laughed again as we entered English. My mind immediately went blank as I caught sight of Ms. Conner. She looked lovely in a pale pink dress with a grey cardigan over it. Her hair was curled lightly and flowed around her.

My heart stopped as her azure gaze turned to me. Her eyes widened and her mouth dropped open a bit before she closed it quickly and covered her expression with a smile. My body erupted in a flush and I narrowed my eyes at her curiously, wondering what her reaction was about. "Good morning Genny, you look great." Gen smiled warmly at her before taking her seat. I followed behind her dejectedly, wondering why she'd ignored me. "Shay." I turned sharply at the sound of my name.

"Yes?" I inquired softly as I tried to keep my eyes from wandering to her long legs. She smiled a little bit mischievously as if she knew the battle I was fighting. "You look lovely." A warm happy feeling spread through me and a goofy smile filled my face as I took my seat. Genny glanced between me and her curiously, the cogs in her head turning overtime. I busied myself with getting the homework out so she wouldn't be able to ask me anything.

But the goofy smile occupied my face for the rest of the period, as I tried to keep my focus on my work and not on her, but I doubt I learned anything.
