Let's Go There Together

Chapter 3

The next morning. I was sick because of staying in the street at night and it was noticeable. My nose and cheeks were red while the rest of my skin was pale. My hands were shaking and my voice wasn't that normal. I had to go to work. It wouldn't be nice to go over with someone at night and you don't find them the next morning. You would feel that you are the reason of it and I don't want Zayn to feel that way.

I got so much packets of napkin with me and didn't say a word after I sat on my desk. And few minutes later, I found Jade behind me. "How was everything yesterday?"
"I found out that he was such a great guy and we became friends somehow as we talked.. but wait, how do you know about last night?"
"Well, he's Niall's friend and I invited him to come at ours when you were away and Zayn saw you so he told Niall that he will go to you." She explained with a grinning smile

"Good morning?" Zayn saluted and both of Jade and I answered in the same time with hi and hey.
Mr.Michael was there asking him about job and about his second day here but I was not listening I was just planning on anything for today.
"What's wrong with your nose?" He said suddenly after Mr.Michael left .
"What? Oh yeah, I've just caught a cold last night." I answered as I put some other things in there places.
"Oh, so no napkins in your shoes right?" We both laughed as Jade sat their awkwardly not knowing exactly what we're talking about. Ouch.
"My favourite colour is that shade of red." He said. "The one of your nose."
"My favourite colour is blue."
"Did you travel anywhere before?" He changed the subject and turned to his desk and opened his laptop.
"I prefer that we talk after work because it's not the best place to talk about our adventures, Zayn."
"You do talk like if you're a librarian with a French twist and some glasses and books all around her trying to let everyone shut the fuck up." He joked. And I giggled making everyone look at me in a weird way so again, I let my self shut up.

After work, he proposed to have a walk in the garden.
"Did you travel anywhere?"
"I'm from South Shields and I came here three years ago."
"Other than that?"
"No."
"Where do you dream of going?" Why does he want to know? I've never thought about traveling anywhere before so I stayed silent for few minutes thinking about all the places but I couldn't find my 'dream place'. "Do you want to go to a town where there's strange things or familiar places like Paris or Rome?" He tried to simplify the question.
"I've never thought about traveling."
"Let me talk to you about my life, my father is rich because he's one of the most important business men in some cameras' company and he let me travel different places to capture some natural places and used them in his work and when people in his work liked the pictures, I worked with them as a photographer for the past few years and I had to travel to different places until I decided I will stop working with them and use my own pictures to share them online somewhere so I first started a blog on Instagram until your boss, or should I say our boss, saw it and asked if I can work with you and here I am."
"Why did you leave your old job ?"
"I don't know but I didn't like the idea of 'working with my father in the same place'. Like, he knows who I talk to, wherever I go, my friends, my desk, everything and that was pretty annoying."
After few minutes of silence, my cold got worse and I felt really cold so I had to go home.

"I don't understand the fact why you don't want to have a boyfriend, it's going to be quite great." Jade asked as I came out of the room and after I told her the whole story.
"Because it's disgusting to have someone's saliva in your mouth or on your lips, I don't find it romantic but disgusting as shit." I described a kiss in some.. way. She felt disgusted for a moment and took my macbook from me.
"Let's watch a movie." She said as she opened safari.
"You're just trying to escape from the ugly truth and you have to admit that a kiss is pretty disgusting." I said trying to disgust her more but she got a pillow and threw it at my face.
"THAT THE PILLOW WAR BEGINS!" She announced as she hit me with another pillow so I took the one she threw and hit her while both of us were laughing

I put my bag on my desk and Zayn just sat on his chair the moment I did.
You can say that he made me my CV "Perrie Edwards , has a best friend who is Jade thirlwall who is completely different and Perrie is making a new friend who is Zayn Malik. She was beautiful and she's still and will always be. "He stayed silent before he completed with a sentence that shocked me. Didn't he just say 'still' !?  "And now she's shocked because she's just knew that she was Zayn's childhood crush."
He's the same age as me, he lived in South Shields and his name is Zayn. He was my crush when I was nine! I'm talking to my past crush! And I was his crush when we were at school!
I looked at him in a bit of shock, mouth dropped and eyes wide as he looked at me in smirk like he finally knew the truth even though I was not hiding it.
"Zayn Malik." I said and it got out of my mouth more like a whisper.
"Yeah." My face got bright red when he, he remembers who I am!
"Oh. I've never excepted it would be you." I said as I could feel my face is still bright red.
When you say that you do have a crush on someone else, your brain gets convinced that you do and they become your crush. And that's why I excused to go to the rest room.

"So you've got a crush on him!" Jade said after I told her what he found out and as she turned to me with her brown eyes open like an owl and she hugged me really hard that I almost couldn't breath.
"What? No! I HAD a crush on him when we were younger in school not now. He's Zayn Malik , the one I talked to you about. Don't you remember?" She nodded. "I don't have a crush on him but I had when I was NINE YEARS OLD. And I won't have a crush on him."
"Why not? Just a crush. It's not volunteer to have one."
"But I don't want to have a crush, it's not that good thing to have."
"That's what you think because you've never tried to fall in love with someone. Just try to only have a crush for a week and it won't waste your time or something ,Perrie."
"You said that a crush is not volunteer so I cannot control having a crush for a week plus, I've tried once to have a crush on the same person and I failed because he was not noticing me and he just was making fun of me with his mates like everyone else." I said.
"He said that he tried to talk to you plus, now he is not ignoring you, he tries to create conversations between you and him and tries to be a friend with you. It's different and I'm sure you won't regret it." She assured but I'm not convinced yet. "Just try only to have a crush, it's gonna be alright."
"Jade, it's not gonna change anything and I won't control my feelings to have a crush on him. I don't have a crush on him anymore and I'm alright with it."
She nodded with half a smile and hugged me and whispered in my ear "Just tell me whatever you want, whenever you want and wherever you want. Promise?"
"I promise." I said before I pulled back and got back to Zayn who was fixing something in his Camera.
"Why were you that late? 7 minutes in the rest room? You didn't put makeups to be that late."
"You counted 7 minutes on your watch?"
"Yeah? kind of." He answered. "What are you up to for the evening?"
"Nothing really, maybe I'm gonna watch some Disney movie or something." He looked at me in some strange way like 'seriously?'
"Disney?"
"Okay, don't look at me that way I know I'm old enough for this but what's the problem with Disney? It's pure cartoon with a magical love stories and charming princess and princesses and happy marriage, Disney is amazing." I sat on my desk as I took a sip of my coffee.
"It's not like that, it's just that I love Disney and I thought I was the only one." He explained still looking at me.
"SHUT UP!" I said exclaiming happily. "OH GOSH FINALLY SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS! You should come at my place after work and we will watch together every single Disney movie OH MY GOSH I SERIOUSLY CAN'T BELIEVE IT! SOMEONE WHO'S MY AGE WHO LOVES DISNEY, well I mean other than Jade.." I screamed at his faces and that made everyone's attention on us.
"You're coming to mine after work." I said in a low voice as I turned to my desk trying to act normal.
"Okay." He answered the same way and got back to his laptop.
What did I just do?
