So I'm going to be super busy in the upcoming months as I start college, so I thought I'd update now, while I had the chance to write. Let me know what you think!  It's from Archer's point of view, picking up right where chapter nine left off. As always, this chapter contains some choice language if you get offended, don't read.

Chapter Ten (or 9.2 – Archer’s POV, continuation)

After I said goodnight to Amity, I walked back out into the living room. Reese had dug out some beer and was sipping on one. I sat down beside him. He shot me an angry look.

“Dude, that wasn’t funny,” he sighed.

“It was a lot less funny than I expected. I thought it’d be hilarious, but goddamn, she moaned and my pants were too tight, if you know what I mean. It’s a mess. I don’t mind waiting for her, but it’s getting hard not to just grab her and let my wolf take control and fuck her,” I said.

“First of all, she’s my sister. My baby sister. She’ll always be my innocent little sister and I’d like to keep it that way,” Reese said, “Second of all, I am so not drunk enough for this.”

“It’s not like I enjoy seeing Alisa around here attached to your mouth,” I said.

“What do you mean? She’s not your sister. It’s completely different. You never cared about the other girls,” Reese argued.

“She’s not exactly dandy,” I tried to sugar coat it.

          “What do you mean?”

“Well, in the words of your sister, she’s a fucking cunt,” I shrugged, grabbing a beer.

          “What?” he spat.

“Your sister called her a ‘fucking cunt’ and she’s too proper to even say the word horny,” I said.

“I don’t even want to know how you know that,” he sighed.

“All I’m saying is if you’re going to settle down with Alisa, at least talk to her. Because she was downright disrespectful to Amity. You do realize that she’s going to be the future Luna, right? I won’t tolerate any little bitch that disrespects her,” I said, starting to get a little angry over the situation again.

“What exactly did she say?” he asked.

“I’m not quite sure, something along the lines of Amity not being good enough for me, and that your little cunt planned on making sure that she took Amity’s place because she wasn’t fulfilling her duty and pleasuring me,” I spat, “It got Amity all up in a tizzy over it, so she stormed out the other day, you know? I went after her and she was so upset over it she tried giving me a blow job. Now, I like a good blow job just as much as the next guy, but we haven’t even mated yet. I’m certain your sister isn’t ready for that. But Alisa’s words hurt her, you know? I’m not saying you’ve got to break up with her, but at least talk to her.”

“You know, as much as I fucking hate seeing my best friend making out with my sister, I’m kind of glad you’re her mate. You always have loved her, and don’t say you haven’t because good God I’ve watched it happen from the moment you and I met. You picked on her more, anything to get a rise out of her. You think I didn’t notice when you checked her out, or mentioned her more than necessary. I always hated it. But she’s my sister. Just take care of her,” he said.

We got back to playing video games and drinking beer. It was kind of nice to be able to just hang out with Reese, but my thoughts kept wandering back to Amity.

“Whatever man, you win. I’m going to bed,” Reese said, “You’re welcome to crash here, just don’t fuck my sister.”

He got up and went to his room. I followed him. I shrugged out of my jeans and t-shirt, planning on crashing on his futon. I laid down, staring at the ceiling and walls, trying to sleep. I couldn’t sleep, though, knowing that Amity was sleeping just down the hall.

I waited until I heard Reese snoring to get up. I got up, sneaking out. I walked down the hall where I stood in front of Amity’s door, knowing that if Reese found out, he’d chop my balls off.

I opened the door, and slipped into bed beside her.

          “Hey,” she whispered.

“Hey,” I said softly, “Did I wake you?”

“No, I couldn’t sleep very well knowing that you were just down the hall,” she replied. I smirked and kissed her.

“Want to go for a run?” I asked.

          “A run?”

“Like, in wolf form,” I said, hoping to high hell I could control my wolf enough to run with her.

          “Right now?”

          “Right now,” I said.

          “Okay.”

And that’s how we ended up sneaking back inside, at seven AM. Her hair was a knotted mess, and she had a patch of dried mud on her cheek. I smirked and pecked her lips slowly.

          “Goodnight,” I whispered.

“More like good morning. I’ll see you in a little while,” she said, going into her room. I walked back into Reese’s room quietly. He was still sleeping, thank God. I laid down on his futon, shocked that I’d been able to get away with it.

“You think you’re so damn clever,” Reese said, and I knew I got caught, “Get your ass out of my room.” To be honest, I was kind of scared. I loved Amity, but I didn’t want to lose my best friend. I swear, I shouldn’t have done it. I froze, not knowing what to do.

“You do not keep my sister out at all hours of the night without making her breakfast at the very least,” Reese added, and I let out a breath I didn’t know I was holding.

“Fuck you, man,” I said, and he laughed.
