-I wrote this for Geography Homework, Its not my best ever but its alright! Hope you Enjoy!-
The ground is hot,
clotted up with sweat and tears and blood stains of pain and labour,
The cramped conditions cause claustrophobia of the worst kind where peoples’ minds unwind and decline,
Sending them into deliriousness and a state of madness.
A man on the left, a man to the right, packed to the brim with workers and hurters.
Needles prick in skin and machines power in a bigger machine;
The building a machine!
Poor pay for a bad day in the sweatshop where the ground it hot,
Clotted up with sweat and tears and blood stains of pain and labour.
Sunrise comes and Sunrise goes,
Yet still the work continues throughout the night,
Illegal as drugs sprouting up from the surface,
A young child makes,
An adult makes,
An elder makes,
Who cares what age, they’re all abused!
They’re all used!
Where the ground is hot,
Clotted up with sweat and tears and blood stains of pain and labour.
There is no food,
No water,
No nothing,
the sweatshop is a madhouse,
and asylum that no one should suffer in,
a madhouse for poor men,
and children,
where the ground is hot,
Clotted up with sweat and tears and blood stains of pain and labour.
