Emma
I woke up on Regina's couch when I heard a loud knocking on the door, making me flinch. I jumped up and opened it quickly, Henry lunged into me giving me a large hug.
"MOM! WE DID IT! ROBIN IS BACK!" He yelled, I thawed in relief and held him close to me, nodding at Zelena in gratitude.
"Mom, why are you all wet? And you have bruises all over you?!" He exclaimed growing angrier as he looked at me.
"Was this Hook?!" He demanded, I held a finger to my lips and shook my head.
"Your mother gave birth to your sister after you left, and well I was the person who got to hold her hand." I said grinning, he smiled and went to run up the stairs when I held him back.
"Kid wait, she's sleeping right now, she had a rough labor and delivery and there were some complications so she is resting up." I said biting my lip, he turned white and rushed up the stairs anyway, making his way to his room.
Henry
I quietly opened my mother's door and pulled up a chair next to her and felt my stomach twist when I looked at her. She was as white as a sheet with large dark circles under her eyes, her breathing a slow rise and fall of her chest.
"I'm sorry mom. I'm sorry I said all of those horrible things, you almost died today and the last things I would have said to you were awful. Sometimes when I look at my history and lineage, and when I hear about all of the horrible things my grandfather did, I hated that I was connected to him, and I wished that you had carried me, that you knew me first and that I only had your blood and Daniel's. But I'm so scared right now, I know I said I didn't want to be here or with you but I can't lose you mom. Please, please, don't die." I begged before taking her freezing hand into mine, giving it a squeeze before standing up and leaving the room.
Regina
I woke up and saw that it was nine in the morning and I winced when I tried to sit up, but Henry was walking out of the room.
I picked up my baby and held her close to me, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead.
"Regina? Can we come in?" Emma asked poking her head in, I saw Roland's curly head look in as well.
"Sure." I said trying to sit up, but my soreness wouldn't allow it.
"Gina!! Mommy!" Roland and Ava cried, Emma lifted Ava onto the bed and watched her as she crawled to my knees, using them to stand, Henry trailed in behind them pensively, staying behind Emma.
"Is that my sister?" Roland asked looking at her, I smiled and nodded, holding her out at him. "What's her name?" He asked touching her softly, Ava crawled into my lap and nuzzled her face into my stomach, making me wince in pain.
"Mama?!" Ava cried, her little eyes filling with tears, I cupped her cheek and kissed her, wiping her tears away. "You have to be careful with mama." Emma said brushing her hair out of her face.
"Her name is Lucia. Lucia Grace." I said smiling at my children, Roland held his arms out and I gently placed Lucia on top of his arms, he cuddled her and then leaned back on me.
"Me! Mommy me!" Ava squealed, I held her over her and she placed a kiss on her cheek.
"Mom, how... how are you?" Henry asked sitting next to me, I smiled tiredly and nodded at him, moving Lucia into one arm, placing my hand on his. "I'm fine, a bit tired and sore but I'm okay." I said smiling, he looked at me guiltily and crossed his arms.
"I'm sorry mom, I'm sorry I said those things before you had the baby! You almost died and that was the last thing I said to you was I hate you." He cried, Emma looked at me with pity and picked up Ava and Roland and left the room.
