I should be shot for making you guys wait this long d: I know, I know. Shhhh, it'll be ok. Let's just get this chapter over with.
----------------------------------------
"What's your favorite book?" I ask.
"Twilight!" Drake shrieks.
"..."
"I'm kidding. I don't think I have one so..." he coughs.
"That's a shame. Okay your turn," I squirm on the floor.
Drake and I were currently playing 20 questions to get to know each other better. Stupid, I know, but we're bored. We were sitting cross-legged on the floor of his surprisingly neat room.
"Ok...Favorite Disney movie?"
"I'd have to say...Finding Nemo. Favorite food?"
"Pizza. Favorite song?" he asks.
"Um...We Don't Belong by Black Veil Brides. Favorite band?" I ask.
"One Direction!" he squeals.
"Dude...."
"Sorry. Asking Alexandria," he laughs.
"Ok, stop. I need to ask you another question!"
"Hey! That's not fair," he furrows his eyebrows.
"Life isn't fair bub. Would you kill to see them in person?"
"Um...Sure yeah. I'd love to," he says.
"Good. Another question," I smirk.
"That's not fair! Ok, if I let you then I get to ask 3 questions. Deal?" he holds out his hand.
"Deal," I shake it. "Ok, would you like to come see them in concert with me on May 30?" I ask hopefully. If he turns this down I'll ask a hobo or something.
"..."
"...What?" I ask.
"...Are you kidding?" he asks.
"Why would I..? Dude, yes or no. If you don't go, I'll give it to a hobo."
"Yes yes yes! Oh my god! I'd love to!" he squeals and hugs me.
"Um..Ok but stop fangirling," I pat his back.
"I'm not fangirling!" he sits back and does a pouty face.
"Yes. Yes you are. I'm lucky you didn't start to swoon over Ben or something," I flick his nose and he catches my finger.
"I don't fangirl! I...I...fanguy?"
"Fanguy?! Oh god, that's rich," I laugh. "Let go of my finger you peasant."
"Why? I thought you liked it?" he smirks.
"Erm...No, I don't," I shake my finger from his grasp.
"That hurts my feelings!" he sighs and places a hand over his heart.
"Suck it up fangirl," I scoff.
"I said I don't fangirl," he says in my ear.
I push him away. "I said you do."
"Fiesty," he grins.
"I know. Now go and ask your parents if you can come," I shoo him off and lay on the carpeted floor.
"Fine," he says and the door closes.
Honestly. He's such a handful. He acts like a year old, I don't see how I can stomach him. Oh well. I honestly never thought I'd forgive him over all those years of evil but I did. I shouldn't have forgiven him that easily but I did. Why? I don't know. Ehh I know this'll probably come bite me in the ass later. I'll enjoy this while I can because all good things have to start drama. It's just how it goes in teen fiction. Darn it.
"I'm back!" he says in a sing song voice and slams the door.
"Good to know. Now what did they say?" I say as I stand up from my spot on the floor.
"They said yes! Oh. My. God. I'm just so happy!! I get to see Asking Alexandria!! Wow, gosh..." he trails happily.
"...If that's not fangirling I don't know what is," I cough.
"I don't fangirl!" he whines.
"Whatever," I wave my hand dismissively.
"Good! Now what do we do?" he sighs.
"Oh yeah, did I forget to mention we're gonna meet them?" I nonchalantly look at my fingernails.
"..."
"...What?" I ask impatiently.
"Oh...My...God..." he whispers.
"Oh god, he's fangirling again," I face palm as I look at his hyperventilating figure.
"Shh!" he says and takes the fetal position on the floor.
"You're an idiot, I hope you know that," I sigh again and sit next to his still-in-fetal-position-since-I-won't-admit-that-I'm-fangirling-right-now form.
"I can feel the love you give me every day Alexandria," he says and un-curls himself.
"I know right. I'm just a huge freakin' teddy bear," I say sarcastically.
"Yes you are," he says with equal sarcasm and latches onto me in a hug.
"Get off you weirdo!" I swat his head.
"No! You asked for it!"
"No I didn't! Darn it let go!"
"Never!" he says and squeezes tighter.
Well, desperate times call for desperate measures.
And so, I lean down as far as I can go and bite his arm. He gives a yelp of pain and immediately scurries to the corner of his room.
"What was that for?" he says and holds his arm.
"You asked for it," I use reverse psychology.
"No I didn't!" he answers back.
Oh the lovely wonders biting can do. I smirk to myself as I take in his expression.
"Is this blood?!" he screeches.
My eyes go wide and I crawl to where he is and inspect his arm.
"You idiot, this isn't blood," I give a groan of frustration and fling his arm back to him.
"Oh yeah. Oops."
I glance at the clock on his bedside table to check the time since I'm supposed to be home at six o'clock sharp.
"Sorry fangirl, my time is up for today," I say as I get up.
"I'm not a fangirl," he furrows his eyebrows and we walk down the hall together.
"Yes you are, bye Laura and Danny!" I call to his parents when we pass the living room.
"Whatever, you win. See you later," he scoffs and slams the door in my face.
"Bitch," I smirk when I hear a faint 'I heard that!' from the other side of the door.
