"Where's my coke?" I inquire, approaching one of the assistants who is diligently sifting through clothes, searching for the perfect outfits for the band's performance tonight. It has been an agonizing month since I last graced the stage, and my body yearns to be out there, basking in the euphoric energy of the crowd chanting my name and singing along to my songs. The exhilaration I feel while performing is indescribable, a rush that fuels my very being.

During this much-needed break, I have been able to reconnect with my mother and revel in her presence. I have also allowed my inner wolf to roam freely, relishing in its spirited runs that leave me feeling rejuvenated and invigorated.

"Here," a young woman responds, extending a can of coke towards me, complete with a straw.

As I turned my head, I caught sight of Katrina standing next to a towering figure. "WOLF", Taking a deep breath, I whispered to Mia, who appeared uninterested on the couch. She snapped her head up, following my gaze towards the displeased expression worn by the man beside Kat. "Everyone out!" I commanded, my voice filling the room. Jay questioned my sudden outburst, asking if I was alright. "Yeah, just need a few minutes alone with our guest." I replied, gesturing towards the intimidating presence in front of us. They glanced at him and then at each other before swiftly exiting the room. Once they were gone, Kat and the man entered.

"This is James Macallan, the owner's representative. He wanted to meet the artist." Kat introduced.

"HmHum, Kat could you please fetch some coffee and snacks?" I asked innocently. She gave me a knowing look, the kind she always gave when she sensed trouble, but she didn't press for an explanation. Instead, she simply nodded and left the room, closing the door behind her. Now, it was just my sister and this James character, whom I guessed was a beta based on the power he exuded.

"Rogues."

He spat out, his disdain evident in his voice. Mia, however, remained defiant.

"Mia." I cautioned, my tone firm, silently urging her to hold her tongue.

"We had no knowledge of the pack's presence here; otherwise, I would never have chosen this venue." I explained, attempting to defuse the tension.

"But surely, upon entering the city, you could smell us." the beta persisted, a smugness creeping into his words.

"Yes, we could." I admitted, frustration lacing my voice. "But by then, the show was already sold out, and you all profited from it.

Are you fools, or do you have no idea who you're dealing with!?" Mid snapped.

"Mia, enough!" I finally shouted, my patience wearing thin.

"Why, Kyle?" she shot back, her defiance unwavering. "You're a superstar for crying out loud. If anything were to happen to you here, the media would swarm this place like a horde of bees. So why are we even giving this guy the time of day?"

In my territory, rogue, you will not disrespect me!" the beta's voice boomed, causing me to cower in fear. As an omega, I was forced to submit to the stronger wolf, a position I despised.

Suddenly, the door burst open and my bandmates rushed in, concern evident in their eyes. "Kyle, everything okay? Do we need security?" they asked, scanning James from head to toe.

"No," I replied firmly, shooting James a warning look to indicate that we were in control. "Mr. James was just leaving." I made it clear that we had the situation under control.

"You two will be meeting with the owner," he said icily, referring to the alpha. With one final glare, he stormed out of the room. Well, this just became much more complicated.

"Alpha, it's imperative that you join us immediately. We've encountered a troublesome duo of rebellious rouge omegas, and their presence poses a significant challenge for us," James urgently relayed through our pack's telepathic connection as I emerged from a refreshing shower.

"Understood, I'm en route," I replied, swiftly severing the mental link. I couldn't help but ponder the identities of these rogue wolves. If they believed they could trespass and escape unscathed, they had gravely miscalculated the boundaries of our territory.
