"I hope you paid attention in Psychology because I didn't get any notes down. In fact, I didn't even open my notebooks or computer." Ivy gushed, her attention still on her phone as Michael and Zanthie sat across from her.

They had finally gotten out of school, their last lesson of the day ending at 1:30pm, Ivy only turning up at 1:20pm. Michael knew that Ivy hadn't gotten any notes down within the time she had left, he was watching who she was texting for a couple of minutes. When he saw 'Asston' at the top of the message bar, he turned away from her and paid his full attention to the professor. Zanthie then texted Michael when Ivy and him had gotten out of class, asking if they could meet up and sort their differences out.

Of course Michael agreed, happy that his other best friend was finally coming to them. It took 2 hours to sort everything out, Ivy being stubborn and only speaking when she thought was right and Michael being too careful. Neither of them wanted to let Zanthie back in right away, she did screw them over quite a few times.

"Ivy, you didn't even show up until 10 minutes till the end." Michael rolled his eyes and pushed his glasses up his nose. Zanthie smiled softly at her messy dressed yet stylish best friend, how he tried to re-dye his hair the same colours but it ended up going back to bleach white.

"Thank god she didn't, or else I would've been stuck with a moody Luke all morning." Ashton's thick voice filled the atmosphere, causing killer bees to attack Ivy's stomach, Michael to roll his eyes, a soft smile gracing his lips and Zanthie groan like a hippo. Ashton didn't care about Zanthie's reaction, for he was watching Ivy stare at him as if he was her lifeline.

"I'm guessing your shadow isn't far behind?" Zanthie grumbled under her breath, getting a glare from Ashton and a slap on the leg from Michael. With that being said, Luke showed up 5 minutes later, a frown on his face, his posture slumped over and his face unshaven. But when he saw that Michael was at the table (he didn't believe Ashton) his whole demeanour changed. A dimpled smile showed, his posture became straighter and his pace quickened.

Michael turned around to see who Zanthie was glaring at and an involuntary smile spread across his face. Luke and Michael kept eye contact until Luke took the seat across from him, sighing out in relief when he got comfy.

"Clifford, Smurf and Price; long time no see ey?" Luke spoke softly, leaning on his elbows. Michael chuckled and rolled his eyes playfully, taking his glasses off and rubbing the bridge of his nose.

"Mike, I've got to get going so I'll catch up with you guys either tomorrow or over the weekend." Zanthie abruptly gathered her things and kissed Michaels cheek, waving at everyone else before scurrying off.

"Please don't tell me that Smurf still hates me?" Luke asked, not really caring if she did or not because she just gave up the seat next to Michael.

"Well calling her 'Smurf' every time you see her isn't helping your case of friendship." Ivy spoke, her eyebrows raising as to prove her point. Luke shrugged and moved closer to Michael, blocking out Ivy and Ashtons' weird conversation ("Why would you scratch your balls in front of a yoga class?!" "They had to be itched Ivy!! It was like they were calling me to do it.")
