"YOU LITTLE PIECE OF SH*T!!!"

Clara jumps on Jace and knocks him down as he struggles to get away from her grasp. But to his surprise, Clara is very strong.

"How dare you kiss my cousin! HOW DARE YOU JACE!!! You remember what I told you, remember?"

Clara closes in on Jace and they were inches apart. She frowns at him as he tried to stay calm. "Clara......I'm sorry but I just had to. Charlotte is so cute, I couldn't just leave her."

Clara immediately slams her head against Jace's head as he yells in pain.
I ran towards Clara and tried to pull her away from Jace who was covering his face.

"DAMNIT CLARA. That f*ckin hurts!!!.......SH!T!!!"

I let go of Clara who stands up straight and brushes her shirt with her hands.
My mom, who's a big gossiper told Clara the news and well, Clara obviously didn't take it very well.

As for me, well, I enjoyed that small make-out session and I don't mind doing it again, but it just......felt wrong. We've known each other for a long time and it kinda felt uncomfortable.

Clara was just kinda overreacting. She made Jace leave the house as usual. But instead of yelling at me, she stormed off towards her room.

And right before she ran upstairs I caught a glimpse of her face.

A small tear rolled across her cheek.

11. The Rude Cousin

"Charlotte!"

I raise my head from my desk and see a familiar face skipping towards me. "Haley?"

She flips her pink colored hair to the side and smiles brightly at me.
"You know, I've been feeling really sad now because we don't have any classes together! And also, we need to hang out more, gah! I have so much to tell you!"

For those who don't know, Haley is one of my good old friend who has always stuck by my side. She's a very......interesting person. Always smiling and all, I don't know how she does it but I admire her for that.

"Same here, I have a lot of things to tell you. But you should get back to class before you're late."

Haley clicks her tongue. "Aww Charlotte you really do care about me! Welp, see ya later!"
Haley skips away and passes by Kai, who looked directly at me.

With a not so happy face.

My phone vibrates and I check who it is,
"Btw, I told a little handsome looking boy what went down at the house while I wasn't home because----well......why not hah.

Also, a little birdie told me you wouldn't stop kissing him. Hmm, I wonder why.....

Oh hell no.

This b!tch did not just do what I think she did. Clara finally walks into the classroom looking a little bit too nice today. She notices me looking at her and smirks.

Oh my god, she did do it. I put my head down and start to grab my hair. She told the one person I didn't want knowing about me kissing Jace.

Instead of sitting in his usual seat Kai sat right next to me. I look away nervously, trying so hard to avoid him.
"Hey, Charlotte."

I do a simple wave at him and look away again because of how awkward this was.

The bell finally rang, and everyone was seated. The girl who sat next to me eyed Kai for a bit but eventually sat where Kai usually sat.
