Validet watched as all of the other members from her house group began to politly nibble at the food, only taking small portions even though there was enough to feed the entire ministry. All thhe girls at beaxbatons were the same, small nibble at something, wipe there hands and corner of lips with napkin, smooth out dress and then start the whole prosses again....at least Havishna and Aconite were normal.
"Do you think there's any ghost's around here?" questioned Aconite, chomping into half of a pear. "I hear there's heaps of them at, whats it name....oh yeah Hogwarts!"
Validet quickly placed down her silver and green goblet before speaking, "No, i dont think so which i must admit is a shame." She had actually been excited at first when told she would be coming here, ghost's were fun to prank and you could go to the extream because ghosts cant die twice. For the rest of the feast, Validet met some new people including the house prefect of bellefuille who was a pretty Asian girl named Liansa.
There was a loud echo across the room as the giant head mistress raised her wand to her cheek to make her voice spread across the dining hall, her voice was heavily french accented and all her words were spocken rich and deep.
"Good evnin my new pupils, beauxbatons are grateful for thei new students who have now ben put into there family homs." Madame Maxime smiled graciously, "Und the night is growing stronger by te second, und to be beautiful all of my yong girls need sleep....so Goodnight to you all, und all house prefects will lead you to te chamber lounges."
Nearly all students stood up together in sincranised motion, as all the students began to leave the dineing room Validet and Aconite began to trail after Liansa. "What do you think the lounges and room chambers are like?" Asked Validet. Validet nearly jumped back as something spoke back, she turned to see a very small girl with red hair braided tightly with gold eyes. "I hear Papiliolisle's chambers are opened by turning a certain oval mirror three times, it magicaly enlargens. To get into Ombrelune prefects wave a chain of different shades of moonstones and a door apears from the wall."
Validet knew by the looks of this girl she was a muggle born, muggle borns always seemed to look into there magical school more then witches and wizards and they always seemed overly happy.
"I'm Taimy Guliano by the way, who are you two." She said.
"I's Validet Riddle and this is Aconite Cleathwars." Said Validet, soon nodding her head at her snake. "And my loyal companion Havishna."
Liansa began to lead them all through long streams of golden corridors, Taimy whispered and pointed to the two girls as they noticed the glowing lamps had fairys and moving people inside. Suddenly all the first to year seven girls stoped and crowded around an arch window, were the view could be seen from far corners of the land and midnight ocean. Validet watched as Liansa pulled out her wand, "Incampious!" She called out, and all of the first years watched in shock as Liansa gripped back at the window and it opened like a door with the outside view still frozen like a painting.
As they stepped inside they all saw the walls were threaded with green silk with many numerous patterns, statues were heald up against the walls of all the great succesors of Bellefuille....which Aconite began to murmer to Validet. One women with a nose that was bent over like a hook, was known as Malonia Grey, muggle. Another lady with curly tendrils coming from her head was Shaline Prince, witch. A women with a beaming smile was Rachele Forn, muggle. Morgen Peters, witch. Arazabith Rose, witch, Glania Harpen, muggle and Bianca Swan, witch.
"First years, your dorms are up the row of Arazabith Rose. Second years are along Malonia Grey. Third year is Rachele Forn. Fourth year Bianca Swan. Fifth Glania Harpen. Sixth Shaline Prince and year Sevens are up Morgen Peters." Said Liansa.
As the first years walked up to the frozen statue of Arazabith Rose, it suddenly sprang to life. "Password for future is Falcon Wing." She said, and she stepped to the side to reveal stairs. Validet quickly made for a room with Aconite and Taimy, Aconite shoved open a door listed 'Veilleuses' which Validet knew meant translated to English 'Night Lights.' and they saw inside five extreamly extravigant wooden four post beds with silky green beddings. The walls they noticed were moving as the sceanery of venis at night, with streaming lanterns and passing gondalas.
"This is the life!" shouted Havishna gleefully as she lept off Validet and onto a bed, all ready curled up in sleeping position....judeging by Havishna her bed had allready been sellected for her. Two ther girls soon came in as well, both were identical twins named Candice and Larrisa and they both had jet black hair reaching past there waist.
The five girls didn't have anything much to do since all of there luggage had been un packed and removed, but Validet saw that most of the girls were putting up photo's of there family. Taimy staired puzzled at Validet when she saw Validet with nothing to put up of her mum and dad, so Validet in a flash pulled out a small picture of her and the Malfoy family.
"Pemensiter." Said Validet as she pulled out her wand, and a silver and green frame began to arch itself around the moving photo that had been taken at Scorpious's birthday.
"Your mother and father dont look like you." said Larissa.
"Is that your brother," Said Taimy almost goggle eyed, 'He looks so dreamy....wait, no! that sounded compleatly wrong Validet, I'm sorry."
Validet began to laugh, "Dont worry about it, Scorpious is my cousin and the others are my aunt and uncle Draco and Milisent Malfoy."
Candice came over peered into the photo, "Are your mum and dad in the back?" She said ditherly.
"No....I....I think i forgot to pack there photo." She lied.
Soon everyone got changed into there beaxbatons night gowns and tucked themselves under the silky sheets and called out goodnight to one another.
It was still very late into the night when everyone fell asleep, the only sounds that could be heard was the silent breaths of four sleeping girls....but Validet the fifth laid wide awake in her bed watching the passing hum of the venice gonderlas. She suddenly felt the cold scaley body of Havishna slither past her and rested her head next to Validets ear, "What's troubleing you my sweet." Said Havishna.
"Just things." Replied Validet, "The bowl of disisions said that there was no place here for secrets, and the other girls became a bit suspisious about my family earlier before so what if someone found out about me."
Havishna hissed in her ear.
"We are the great leaders and survivers of the Riddle blood line, we are strong determened people so dont fret."
And with that, Validet fell into a dreamless sleep.
