It rips your chest open
It consumes you like a blazing fire
Gets into your heart
Into your mind
Into your soul
Walls you built won’t even matter
Defenses will all go to waste
You can try all you want, go fight it
but you can never resist
It's complicated yet perfect at the same time
Blissful and painful at the same time
It awakens the tears in your eyes
The ones you never knew you had
It makes you suffer til you're numb
It completes then destroys
And it takes more and more of you
It comes when you least expect it
then it leaves you...
