Chapter 22

I woke at 5:00 am in the morning I don't know why I'm awake my thoughts are starting to hunt me again,

I look at the balcony it wasn't quite sunny yet, I look at my legs and said "I think I need to jog",

I got up and started to get ready, once I was ready I started to go downstairs, I notice my mom was still asleep so I went out the door and lock it.

Its cold! I look around and not so many people were here so I didn't bother it, I jog myself all the way to the park, seeing people I past by they were all jogging too, others were just walking with there pets, some walking alone.

As I made it to the park I decided to take a sit on the bench first, I take a deep breath and look down at the ground, its been a while since I jog, alone.

"Hey I didn't expect you here" a guy said his voice was familiar and I'm still staring at his Jordan thought.

I look up and said "oww... Hi" awkwardly, it was David, "wh-what are you doing here?" I asked still in shock, the heck is he doing here?

"Why? Are you the owner of this park?" He joked, I shook my head while I smile, "kidding, I'm just here to jog actually, what about you? And why are you alone?" He asked

"Same just here to jog, I'm not actually used to be alone in jogging, I was used to jog with my boyfriend I mean my ex boyfriend" I said and I think I'm turning red!

"Oh well you have a new jogging buddy now" he said and he stood up to me and lean me his hand, I couldn't take it for a no but here goes! I take his hand and he smiled at me I push him to get started he just laugh.

We jog wherever our feet's takes us, while jogging I actually manage to get to know him, his nice, funny,active, smart and a gentlemen.

"So if... You don't mind me asking something" he said as we jog, I looked at him so he would continue "why did you two broke up?" He asked then I felt like everything froze my vision of view stop I can't move my legs and I couldn't hear anything but myself

And with that David snap his fingers and I constantly snap out of it already "you okay?" He asked

"Ye-yeah I'm fine" I said as I hold my head "so what were you saying?" I said so he could repeat his question.

"Why did you two broke up?" He repeated

"Uhmm, you know the feeling of being like just a personal bodyguard? First being so sweet then as long as the relationship keeps on going the less his love becomes" I said as I stare at my feet as we walk "and guess what" I added

"What? His chasing you now?" He asked then I shock my head then looked at him, to say his actually right nate is still chasing me

"Yeah and no" I said then he smiled like he wanted to laugh "he was chasing me but, the worst part is, his in a relationship with my best friend"
"I don't think that guy is human after all" he joked but for me it wasn't a joke its actually true, I don't even feel like Nathan is a human.

"Anyway!" He said as he clap his hands once, "let's have something to eat" he said then I raised an eyebrow.

"We just jog, I mean like isn't that jogging for?"

"Well yeah, but the jog we did is for the foods we ate last night ahahahah" he joked then I just smiled and started walking "so where to?" He asked I look at him and saw his face was so pale, his eyes were dreamy his hair fits perfectly on his face and specially his eyes

"Anywhere" I said after I realize I was staring at him quit long

"McDonalds!" He said as he push me all the way out of the park "I want some hot choco and pancakes, come on my treat" he said as he still push me.
