Rey's POV:
I'd become very close with the General over the past few weeks since the Rebellion had won to the Empire. It'd been only a few weeks since I'd returned from the expedition of finding Luke Skywalker, him agreeing to return to see his family, and his beloved friends. Despite my many months and traveling and finally returning to my temporary home, General Leia Organa had yet another mission for me. My body was tired from the travel, but I could take it. All I really wanted was to train to be a great Jedi like Luke, but everything would come at its own time. "I'm growing old, Rey. I need your help, one more time." she had asked. I reluctantly agreed, there wasn't much I wouldn't do for Leia. She had lost so much, and was alone for such a long time. She'd asked me to return to the Jedi Temple where Luke had been, to find and bring home everything I could, Luke would begin Jedi training once again no matter how awful the academy had once failed due to a certain student. "This will be an easy, short trip." I told myself. The journey there took two days time, and I would maybe only spend a day there. Five days of intergalactic travel wasn't so bad. But for some reason, I couldn't shake the nervousness off.

I packed my things onto the ship, the Millennium Falcon, and said my goodbyes. "We'll see you soon." Leia waved me off as I set off, Chewbacca my only companion. We took off at light speed, Chewie taking over the controls. My head was spinning, I needed to lay down, my nervousness still very evident. I closed my eyes and after a few short moments I fell asleep.

I woke with a start, red lights flashing and an annoying, and unmistakably loud screeching noise. I ran to Chewie who was still flying, but clearly panicked. "What's wrong?" I screamed. I could see that we were quickly making our way to the ground, and nothing was helping. I ran to the control room, my knowledge taking over and flipping every switch and turning every knob that I thought would help. Out a window I could see
white, and a grey sky. We were hurtling towards the ground at an unmistakable speed, and nothing I was doing was helping. "What is going on?!" I screeched. That was the last thing I heard before we hit the ground, everything moving in every direction. I covered my face with my hands, and I hit the snow, my body breaking, seeing explosions everywhere. Then I blacked out.
